TRUTH ABOUT WHY MANY FOOD INDUSTRY FAILED
If you are in the foods and drinks industry like African dish, intercontinental dish, Chinese dish, , small shops, café, juice, smoked fishes,wine, juice etc.
Being in this industry is a high opportunity, but many of you are maximizing the potential of this industry up to 30%.
Whenever I wake up I think.
Wow!
this people are missing alot.
They are leaving lots of money on the table.
As a brand strategist I see lots of business ideas and revenue generation sources in this industry but most of the people in this industry are not seeing anything, everyone are just doing the same things randomly.
If you fail to see the potential in your industry you'll only end up doing the same thing repeatedly.
If you cannot doing something different you'll only end up getting same results.
Can I ask you this questions?
How many times, did you forget about repetition and start doing research about your business?
The funniest thing is that some you don't know who your competition is. You only believe your competition is Debby Cuisine, Nemi Cake, Kent Catering because you are in the same environment.
If you are in that position then you might be getting it wrong. Those people might not even be your competitors, especially if you are better than them.
Everyone who are doing the same business with you might not be your competitors, then who is a competitor, answer for another day.
How many time have you think about giants brands in your industry, making millions daily.
How many time have you study them, their customers, their processes, the tools they use, their marketing strategies, delivery method etc.
You can be doing that same thing every day and retire broke.
Remember you have time stamp, and you can't continue working forever.
Your strength has expiry.
What are your systems, strategies and structure you are building for a long time sustenance, even while you retire, you still make money.
Thank God for internet that brought us to limelight of how we can explore opportunities.
We have lots of tools and softwares, how mamy of them are you using to scale up.
Or you are part of those who still complain that softwares is for only people who do computer.
Let me blow your mind.
The brands in your industry like Chicken Republic, Nestlé, Pepsi, Chi, Dufi Prima Foods and others are doing pretty great because they don't continue giving excuses like you, they don't keep on doing the same thing, they get out of their comfort zone.
Guess what!
They understand the power of technology and maximize it to the fullest.
Why are you still struggling doing the same things after your 5,10,15 years of being in food industry. You are still a local champion 🙄.

You cannot leverage abi?
You think you can do everything on your own and succeed.
You don't have any brand strategy and you think your business will scale up.
What does your marketing processes look like?
Did you even know your business model?
Your industry is full of opportunities because it's one human need everyday.
Why are you now struggling to scale, you have no competition, the only competition you have is YOURSELF.
