Getting motivated for ministry

Ministry is service,and a " minister" of the gospel is primarily a servant of God's word,boldly and courageously sharing it's message. He treasures the word of God and defends it tirelessly, being careful to communicate it's truth with absolute accuracy. This is no easy task because the word of God faces violent opposition. Thus the " minister" of God's word learns that patience, endurance, and hard work are necessary for success in his calling.
May the Lord grant us the wisdom to do the work of the ministry acceptably,in Jesus' name, Amen.

One of the greatest tragedies of our world is that most of us are conditioned to believe that we are powerless. Power starts from the imagination. Same with powerlessness. You create new power in our world when you imagine a better you. Dream big and act on your dreams.

When religion gets sick!!

Matthew 23:14.
Wow unto you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For ye devour widow's houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.
Religion,like people, can get sick.
Religion gets sick when it's disciples begin to confuse their agenda with God's.
Danger signals of a sick religion.
*When someone says,"God told me to give you a message," and that message is inconsistent with the Bible,it signifies sick religion.
*When someone says," I have a God- relationship that supercedes scriptures.
*When someone says," God wants me to be wealthy because he loves me so much.
*When someone says," you are in danger of hell if you disagree with God and me.
*When someone says," God told me to tell you to give to my financial support,
*When people preach one lifestyle and live another.
That religion is very sick.
When religious people abuse the poor so they themselves can become richer.
To heal the sick religion, let's do the things God commanded us to do,
And leave the things he commanded us to leave.
May the Lord continue to abide with us, in Jesus' name, Amen, Amen and Amen hallelujah.
