why does he want to kill me, I've bee on this workout stuff and now he made it even more tiring.

five more and am a dead woman, no more please i said pleading,

seriously rice why can't he just be kind enough amd just make someone some real food,I mean look at me I look like someone suffering from a disease already and he wants me to die, whatever I'll make my own food.
I opened the fridge and brought out some bread and eggs with some bacon which I cooked immediately, haa only the smell of it is already reviving my body I thought smiling walking into the dining table and sat eating as Jason stared at me weirdly.

Now today we will start with the
Forward Lunge

A.
Stand tall with feet hip-width apart. Place hands on hips or hold weights by sides to start.

B.
Take a controlled step forward with the right leg. Keeping spine tall, lower body until the front and back leg form a 90-degree angle.

C.
Pause, then step right leg back to start. Step left leg forward to repeat on the other side.

Finally we're done with the walk am so exhausted and hungry right now I thought as I sat down breathing heavily from the walk.
Now that we've had our warm up it time for exercise he said and I glared at him angry.
No for a starter we'll start with something easy like squatting he said moving to position himself.
Start with feet hip-width apart, arms either at sides holding weights or clasped in front of chest.
Keeping weight in heels and back straight, sit hips back and bend knees to lower into a squat until thighs are parallel to the floor. Remember to keep knees in line with toes the entire time. Maintain an even pace and rise back to start he said after demonstrating.
Yeah yeah I get it I said looking away.
Now please give me twenty of that he said looking at me.
Puff twenty just twenty I'll give you fifty no a hundred I said bragging.
No problem just start already he said and I moved over to get some space.
I bent down squatting, woah this is kind of hard I thought feeling tired after doing one squat.
Go on you've done one I need a hundred he said and I smiled trying not to show how tired I am.
I kept on with the squatting oh my legs are starting to go num I thought sweating and breathing heavily
Back straight back straight he yelled out and I fell on the floor crying 😭
What am tired do you wanna kill me I cried out
You're only done eight and you said you can do a hundred so if you don't want to do a hundred then give me twenty squats he said getting me angry.
I said am tired you woke me 5am in the morning and we've went for a walk which should have been about five hundred meters walk around the neighborhood and now am squatting like crazy here and am hungry I yelled out frustrated and angry.
Okay we'll stop here today but keep up with it tomorrow morning let's go have some lunch then he said I stood up happily walking behind him to the kitchen.
I sat down on the dinning waiting for the food to arrive and finally it did.
I looked so excited to eat until I saw what he brought out as food.
What boiled rice and veggies yuck I said disgusted
You wanna lose weight so you have to maintain a healthy diet ,no more greasy food those carry alot of fats and calories so you have to stop them if you want to lose weight he said and dished the food by portions.
Here's your drugs the dietitian said you need to take it twice daily.
This feels like prison I thought eating the food angry.
After eating I walked to my room I really feel like throwing up right now.
What a cold hearted jerk he over stress me and he makes me eat vegetables yuck I said getting into the shower to freshen up, I had a warm bath and wore my pajamas and laid on the bed tired my whole body hurts badly 😔.
