First off, I want to say a very big thank you to as many that has been part of my personal growth since the years.

All you are seeing today is as a result of my resilience to be ensure that I bring value to everyone who cross path with me either on the virtual space or on-site.

Beyond Your Income Series ( ) has been adding value to every of its attendees, and I can't wait to see more people benefit from this value. This month won't be an exception (don't doubt it).

Often times we neglect the positive takeaways from negativities thrown at us. For some reasons, we turn deaf ears to them, and do the most by ignoring because we care as much to get rid of all that could bring distraction our path.

But the more we shot our eyes to them, the more we blur out the opportunity it avails us to see the positivity they bring to us.

Sometimes, they come with unrivaled drive that helps us to get insights on how to do things right or betterstill an idea of how to do it better.

There is always an iota of positivity from all negativity.

Last night, I proposed to that Woman that has proved how much I need a Queen like her to be the King I dream of becoming.

I engaged her with a ring as a message to those who parent her, as a symbol of appreciation that I cherish them for raising this Queen for me.

I was tensed all through the planning of the surprise, a big thanks to my uncle , and his wife , my friends , .lamina, , , , .

I choose this day to celebrate myself.

My wins, losses, defeat, failures, success, disappointment, delay, denial, struggles and achievements. In all of these, I became strong.

It will never be easy, but it is very possible. Being intentional is all that matter. I have learnt not to only celebrate my wins, I celebrate my losses too because they come with very important lessons, and unveiled my strength to go more miles.

I did my best was always an excuse to ignore my defeats, but I discovered that doing all that is required brings me more closer, though not there yet. But the man I am today, drew strength from his toughest moments.

I ain't giving up anytime soon, it takes men that are intentional to remain focus.

People with a growth mindset "tend to achieve more than those with a fixed mindset because they put more energy into learning." In other words, people who believe they can improve put more effort into improving, which, in turn, helps them improve.
So to grow professionally and personally, it's not enough to identify your strengths and put them to use.

Sometimes you have to look at things a little deeper to find your strengths.
Unexpected praise for something you didn't put much effort into could be a sign. So could a compliment buried within a criticism. If people talk your ear off, you might be a good listener. If people consistently come to you for advice, you might be a good leader or problem-solver.

Life has a way of showing you your strengths if you pay attention.

Be intentional!!!

LETS TALK ABOUT PEOPLE MANAGEMENT.

People Management is a skill on its own.

Many CEO would have succeeded in building a formidable team that would help them compete in the industry they thrive, if they could manage people so well.

Lot of Team leads would have produced outstanding results if they could manage their team mates better.

Many marriages would have been heaven on earth if both spouse could manage each other well.

The skill entails knowing how to study people's mood to know when to approach them, studying the tone they consider accord respect to them, studying how they feel when you communicate with them or raise a conversation, or control yourself during an argument.
