Biafra Minister Of Budget And Planning, Chief Aloysius Onuorah In a Meeting With His Ministerial Directors

The minister of budget and planning in the 4th session of Biafra internal government ( BIG), Hon. Aloysius Onuorah yesterday , 8th May 2023 at Ojukwu memorial Hall in Owerri, had a crucial meeting with his ministerial directors from all the regions and zones of Biafra.

The Minister in his address to the officers of the ministry encouraged them to work hard and to demonstrate their capability and clear difference from the Nigeria context.

The minister resolved to appoint state coordinators who will be charged the responsibility to coordinate zonal and regional officers of the ministry to ensure a hitch free communication and ease the burden of the ministry.

He warned ministerial directors to shorn any act capable of undermining their efforts and probably landing them into jail , because any form of misappropriation and imprudence in office shall not be treated with levity in Biafra government, he asserted.

Happy Independence anniversary - Hon Calista Amamgbo.

Biafra Minister for information Hon Calista Amamgbo,have joined other Biafrans all over the world to celebrate and maditate on the 22second anniversary of the redeclaration of the Biafra struggle.

Hon Calista has issued a guideline to ensure that the Independence day is celebrated on peaceful atmosphere anchored on non violence, keeping in mind the precautionary measure against the insecurity in Nigeria.

Recall that on the 22second May 2000 that the father of the new Biafra chief Ralph Uwazuruike along side other Massob members at 175 folks road ogbu hill, Aba redeclared the state and emergency of the new Biafra which we are collectively celebrating today.

Let us honour the struggles of many bravehearts who fought and are still fighting for the Biafra in sincerity. Amamgbo however, pleads with all the Biafrans to remain patient and confidence that we are almost at the last space of the struggle.

Federal Governement Files Fresh Charges Against Nnamdi Kanu

In the amended charge filed by the Federal Government before the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, it increased the counts in the initial charge it preferred against Kanu from seven to fifteen.


With the fresh charges, Kanu who has been facing a seven-count charge bordering on treasonable felony, will now take a fresh plea to a 15-count amended charge marked FHC/ABJ/ CR/383/2015, signed by the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) M. B. Abubakar.

The IPOB leader was supposed to appear in court on January 18 (today) for argument in the two applications he filed challenging the competence of the earlier charge filed against him and the jurisdiction of the court.

Count one of the the charge alleged that Kanu, sometimes in 2021, being member and leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra did commit an act in furtherance of an act of terrorism against the Federation Republic of Nigeria and the people of Nigeria by making a broadcast received and heard in the country with intent to intimidate the population, and also threatened that people will die, the whole world will stand still, thereby committing an offence punishable under Section 1(2)(b) of the Terrorism Prevention Act, 2013

Nnamdi Kanu: IPOB announces no sit-at-home as court delivers judgment

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has said there will be no sit-at-home across the Southeast on Wednesday and Thursday next week.

IPOB relaxed the sit-at-home due to the scheduled judgment of the High Court sitting in Abia State.

The court will on Wednesday rule on Kanu’s fundamental rights suit.

However, IPOB’s spokesman, Emma Powerful, however, limited the sit-at-home order to Tuesday, when Kanu will appear before Justice Binta Nyako of an Abuja Federal High Court.

Powerful explained that the decision was to allow people of the Southeast go about their lawful business as the court rules on Kanu’s fundamental right suit.

In a statement he issued on Saturday, Powerful said: “We are the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB under the command of our indefatigable Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Following our Leader’s upcoming court proceedings on the 18th, 19th and 20th of January 2022 next week, we wish to remind Biafrans that there will be only sit at home on 18th of January, and not 19th and 20th of January. In keeping with our avowed solidarity with our Leader, the entire Biafra land will be on lock down only on January 18 for obvious reasons.

“Biafrans should understand that 19th January is the judgment day in the suit by our Leader against the Federal Government which is pending before an Umuahia High Court. So, there will be no sit-at-home on that day.

“Again, we don’t want to compound the pains of our people, hence, we will limit the sit-at-home to only January 18. Biafrans and residents of Biafra are free to go about their businesses without molestations on 19th and 20th January. Anybody found enforcing non-existent Monday sit-at-home on 17th, 19th and 20th is criminal and must treat as such, IPOB leadership have given order and that order is what signed.

“Everybody must be careful because this waves that is coming will consume many and every principal of IPOB mostly the coordinators must know that it will bounce on their heads if they don’t checkmate the activities of members and call them to order. IPOB is not village or social club where everybody will behave untoward to people like cultists.

“It is on the table and to the knowledge of IPOB leadership how some principal officers were encouraging evils in IPOB without minding the repercussions and consequences but we want to make categorically known to them that it will come back to him or her that encouraged evil against his or her fellow human beings

“For clarity sake, we reiterate that there will be no sit-at-home on January 19th and 20th. Nobody is expected to interfere with either human or vehicular movements in those days under any guise. Any detractor or agent of darkness caught obstructing peoples activities in Biafra land on January 19th and 20th in the name of enforcing sit-at-home will regret his or her actions.”

Powerful disclosed that anybody seen enforcing sit-at-home on those days mentioned were not members of IPOB.

“Anybody issuing order for sit at home on 19th and 20th of January is not a member of IPOB. Such persons are working against the interest of our leader and the entire struggle for independence. They should be disregarded.

“For the umpteenth time, IPOB is under one Central command and Control , and doesn’t have parallel or factional leadership. The Directorate of State (DOS) under the command of our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is in charge of the global movement of IPOB.

“Anybody who is not loyal to DOS is an impostor and should be disregarded.

“We expect our people everywhere to adhere to this directive and refuse to be misled by sacked members of IPOB in Europe and America. IPOB remains unshakeable, built and rooted on the rock and will remain so until the freedom for Biafra is fully achieved,” he added.

After the election and appointments of new leaders that will lead the affairs and leadership of new Biafra in this 2022. By the proclamation of Chief Ralph Uwazuruike as the father of new Biafra, the previous which is 2nd parliament was dissolved and the new one, 3rd Parliament constituted on 30 December 2021.

The list of names of members of 3rd Parliament of Biafra internal government and the date for formal start of 3rd parliamentary session which is January 29, 2022 have been officially announced by the leadership of legislative organ of Biafra government.

The opening session is basically an affirmation ceremony for new members of Parliament on regional and national services for good governance in the nation. And also, handing over from the previous administration to the new administration. So, the 2nd Parliament members are expected to grace the event.

The leadership of Parliament have concluded that the new parliamentarians will consider law-making to be their most important role, followed by check and balance of the executive and solving regions' problems.

Because of that, the new members should always be with regionss, live in the region and be part and parcel of them. They should take the time to speak with them and listen to them.

Amidst insecurity situation in IMO state and particularly in orlu zone

BIM-MASSOB ORLU zone had their mid-month general meeting today 15th April 2021 at its regional HQS mgbee, orlu after weeks of break. It is regrettable to note that Bim-massob regional office in orlu was in feb 2021 attacked by the Nigerian Army and police, during which the office was vandalized, burnt and destroyed following gun shoot out with unknown gun men suspected to be members of ESN.

Present in the meeting today are prominent leaders of the group, like the formal prime minister of Biafra in the first internal govt. Chief lambert Obikaizu, zonal leader chief Cajetan Ekwonye, former chief justice of the zone and the present minister of education in the new govt. Chief Emmanuel Nwokeji, regional administrator from isu ideato south, oguta, orsu, ohaji egbema, oru east, njaba. And the commandant of the zone mr Nwabueze Nwafor and a host of other directors, Area admins and members.
Members of security joined hands in tiding the office premises and it's surrounding mean while, the zone have commiserated with the families of her dead members in the recent time namely: Late Mrs Grace Nwanoruo who was a director of women affairs, Late Mr Izundu C. Okeke who was a director of security in oru east and Cheif Dav uzowuru. May their souls and the souls of all departed rest in the bossom of the Lord.

The Chief minister in his address to members of the group thanked the Bim-massob leader Chief Dr Raph Uwazuruike who he said is a good architect of non-violence who will always support anything that is legal and backed by the laws and reject illegalities from every dimensions. He therefore condemned the action of the Nigerian securities on the office complex insisting that Bim-massob members are properly nortured, trained and disciplined to the core and can never be forced to diviate

A Chieftain of BIM-MASSOB in Onitsha, Anambra State yesterday was kidnapped in his office by the Operatives of Nigeria Navy.

Confirming the Report, the Biafra Minister for Information, Chief Samuel Njoku confirmed that one of their leader in Onitsha Anambra State was kidnapped yesterday in his office at GMO by Atani road, Onitsha by the Operatives of the Nigerian Navy by 6pm yesterday at his office and was held incommunicado.

According Chief Njoku, he noted that Chief Osondu Okparaeke popularly known as "Overheat" was in his office when the heavily armed Naval Officers stormed with two Hilux Van and whisked him away to an unknown destination.

The minister while condemning the act said that BIM-MASSOB is an internationally recognised nonviolent Organisation and should not be subjected to this kind of human right abuses from the Nigerian Military.

"The military have not been able to apprehend those that kills their men in a daily basis like Boko-Haram, Fulani Herdsmen, Islamic State of West Africa (ISWA), Eastern Security Network (ESN) now known as Unknown gunmen, but will flex muscle in kidnapping and intimidating an internationally recognised freedom fighting group like BIM-MASSOB.

"We are calling on the Military Authority, The Nigerian Navy to unconditionally release our leader now or take him to court".

Chief Osondu is the National Director For Biafra Red Cross and also a member Biafra Elders in Council.

Also in a reaction, The Father of the Biafra Nation and founder of Biafra Independence Movement and Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (BIM-MASSOB), His Excellency, Chief Dr. Ralph Uwazuruike said that the Military acted on false alarm intelligence gathering.

Chief Ralph Uwazuruike who made this Known statement signed by his Special Assistant on Social Media Matters, Comrade Emma N Nnadi, noted that his Organisation have been in forefront of dowsing tensions in old Eastern Nigeria, stressing that the region enjoys Peace and stability is because of his Organisation.

Uwazuruike wondered why the military will go against those who didn't and have never possess any danger to the military.

"The military knows who attack their men, they should go after them.

"They should release him (Chief Osondu Okparaeke popularly known as Overheat) unconditionally because we are non violent.

"They should take him to court if they have anything against him", Uwazuruike said.

AS BIAFRA GETS ADMITTED INTO UNPO- MATTERS ARISING

Members of IPOB have suddenly began to preach that UNPO cannot give us Biafra; just few months after deceitfully preaching otherwise- that the fake EU and UN invite that was brought up for the purpose of carrying on propaganda will give them the Biafra Nnamdi Kanu would list those that will live or die. Nnamdi Kanu used his EU and UN visit scam to gain more contributions but failed to address UN assembly or EU parliament. Furthering the record that Nnamdi Kanu has never been recognized by any world organization despite his numerous noises on social media. First attempt at ECOWAS disgraced him.

Members of IPOB also accused me of licking my vomit; in the sense that couple of years ago, I was fervently critical of Uwazurike only to start now to opraise the man I once criticized with my column. These guys must know the difference between praise and commendation for a job well done. I don’t believe peaceful or civil approach can restore Biafra, but this is the first time Biafra got admitted into a world membership recognized organization. It deserves my commendation.

A time members of IPOB should appreciate MASSOB-BIM and thank God for a feat IPOB could not achieve since it started extorting few Biafran people, they decided to acrimoniously welcome a great achievement by Uwazurike. If we leave Nnamdi Kanu; he will continue to rant on his radio till thy kingdom come, yet, they cannot appreciate a man that used what he had to admit Biafra for the first time into a reputable world membership organization.

When UNPO is mentioned; being that 85percent of IPOB members are poorly educated and mainly unreasonable youths occupying social media space, they might never research the mission or purpose of UNPO. Having deceitfully and blindly led into submissive oath at Ubini Ukpabi; it is also difficult to explain to them otherwise what the man they took oath to be his slave explained. According to Nnamdi Kanu; UNPO is nothing, he further said Uwazurike is killing Biafra by such move.

What Is UNPO?

UNPO- Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization is an international membership organization formed in 1991 to develop and help occupied territories such as Biafra, Catalonia and Ambazonia, to gain independence. Countries like Armenia, East Timor, Estonia, Latvia, Georgia and Palau have all gained full independence through UNPO and joined UN.

When Nnamdi Kanu told you he was invited by UN; he was simply fraudulently extorting your hard earned money. A man ECOWAS court ruled has no mandate to represent the people of Biafra to be invited to UN? He collected money for his flight ticket; he did not go anywhere because there are procedures to UN and UNPO is one. You start from somewhere if you have anywhere to go; but because Kanu is going nowhere, he has nowhere to start except radio rants.

Even though Nnamdi Kanu contracted me in 2016 to exclusively attack and character assassinate Uwazurike, I remain unapologetic because everything written about Uwazurike back then was nothing but truth, but if Uwazurike have changed today and making a commendable move towards restoration of Biafra, I will wholeheartedly give him his due credit, yet, sovereignty in Africa is achieved through the barrels of guns and not civil approach.

Biafra and Catalonia were admitted on same day into UNPO; and by virtue of that, Uwazurike has given Biafra the official recognition of the ‘occupied territory status’ or ‘nation status’ although, unrepresented nation status. Because Nnamdi Kanu cannot achieve such feat; because he can only make noise that Biafra is coming in 2015-2016-2018-2019 and finally 2020, he would never commend Uwazurike because he is a fraudulent character that wants to continue extorting the people and taking advantage of their gullibility.

I did not hear Uwazurike demanding for contributions across Europe or forcing Biafrans in United States of America to contribute to him or be killed or banned from entering Biafra land. In spite of all the contributions so far; Nnamdi Kanu has never taken Biafra to any recognized world body exclusively promoting or politicking for peoples independence. Nnamdi Kanu has never stood on any world organization platform to speak; rather, he has been busy announcing on his local radio how he has opened another chk in Lagos to further his daily extortion.

The day Uwazurike was speaking to the world on UNPO platform; Nnamdi Kanu was busy on his local radio ranting how Buhari is Jubril, how Lagos is part of Biafra and how he has opened chk in Lagos. Who knows if he wants to start dragging Yoruba territory, although, needless to worry, audio gerrymandering?

In 2015; lie ran faster than truth and in 2020, lie is crashing, the people are resetting, although, those that will die or be condemned by lie will be condemned while those that will be saved by truth will be saved. The truth remains; a foundation made upon lies cannot survive the test of time; just 2015 Nnamdi Kanu started and 2020, he has fallen like a pack of cards, lies can build the brightest empire but cannot last the brightest of time.

Come rain come sun; Uwazurike is a world recognized leader of Biafra by virtue of his UNPO admission, while Nnamdi Kanu waste all his time ranting on his radio, I urge him to start making strategic move to also admit Biafra somewhere and be recognized at least, for once. But the dangers of everything going on is; this Biafra we are pursuing will be a bomb waiting to explode if we leave it in the hands of all the civil groups that have failed to come together and pursue this cause. In case you forgot; ECOWAS ruled that Nnamdi Kanu is not recognized anywhere as a Biafran leader and no self-determination organization has accepted or admitted him so far. Very poor! Poor Nnamdi Kanu!

His emergence is a clear manifestation of monthly concerted efforts at reconciling different groups leanings towards achieving harmony against a common enemy. The father of the nation, Chief Dr. R.L Uwazurike extends his unalloyed support and congratulations in this non-violence agreement.

Asari Dokubo is a fearless principal actor in our quest for Biafra Actualization Mission and has remained ever assertive and indefatigable. His principled stand on Biafra restoration project is an encouragement to all and a deterrent to the warring enemy. And in this he finds favour in Uwazurike’s endorsement.

Biafra Football Federation (BFF) has been assured of being a member of FIFA if it lifts or is among best three in the Confederation of Independent Football Association, CONIFA, tournament billed for South Africa next year.

Chief Ikenn Egeonu, Biafran Representative in Germany, made the disclosed during a meeting of the sports commission held in Ojukwu Memorial Library, Owerri in Imo state capital yesterday.

His words, “the world football governing body, FIFA, assured the people of Biafra that the BFF would automatically be registered into the Federation of International Football Association, if the country
lifted the CONIFA world Cup or at least make the list of best three countries of the world outing.”

CONIFA Africa President, Mr. Christian Lubasi Lusongo Kalaluka, who spoke to the members of Biafra Football Federation (BFF) virtually, said that, “Biafra is a known Nation in the world and CONIFA will help Biafra realise their aim of actualising the Republic of Biafra”.

“I am happy with the people of the rising sun (Biafra) for their continued efforts to gaining her recognition in the global world as a sovereign, Independent Nation.

We are happy to welcome you into the world sports governing body and we believe that Biafra Leopard will make Africa great” he said.

“CONIFA is the second largest football governing body in the world and by extension, act as a screening body for the admission into FIFA,” said CONIFA Africa president .

This is even as the Biafra National Team Coach, Mr. Monday Odiaka announced the date of screening camp for the Biafra Leopard.

Mr. Monday Odiaka, an ex- Nigeria International football coach who holds the FIFA Guinness of Record award as he scored opening goal, after only 14 seconds, against Canada at Moscow ’85 World Youth Championship (WYC), is the fastest ever and is still standing in the competition’s history, had
announced that Biafra Football Federation would commence an Open camp on January 11, 2021, which is expected to last for three weeks.

He added that the camp would be in two categories, namely; open camp that will end in three week’s time and closing camp for final
selection of 22 players that will be going for the Tournament in South Africa for the CONIFA Africa Tournament.

The Biafra Foreign Representative, Ambassador Ikenna Obibi Egeonu, has stated that the recognition of Biafra Football Federation (BFF) by the Confederation of Independent Football Associations (Conifa), have a tremendous impact to play in the recognition of Biafra as a Sovereign State by United Nations.

Amb. Ikenna narrated that the world football governing body has assured the people of Biafra that the BFF will be automatically registered in to Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA), if the country lift the CONIFA world Cup or at least make the list of best three (3) Countries of the world outing.
