27-yr-old Farmer k*lls his cousin for g*ssiping about him

The police in Ogun State have arrested a 27-year-old farmer, Livinus Michael Eweje, for allegedly k*lling his cousin during a fi*ht in Oloru village.

The suspect and his cousin, Emmanuel Eba, were fi*hting on July 21, 2021, when the cousin suddenly sl*mped and d*ed. Since then, Micheal has been into hiding until he was arrested recently.

Speaking in an interview with Crime Guard, he said, “A few months back, I started hearing rumours that I was not clearing my client’s farmland properly. I later found out that it was Emmanuel that was busy spreading falsehood against me.

I confronted him and even reported him to our elders. I thought he would stop but he didn’t. When I got another job, the owner reluctantly paid me N10,000 advance for a job that would take up to a week to finish.

I went ahead to clear the farmland. But when I called the owner who is based in Abuja for my balance, he told me he won’t pay me the balance until he comes in person to inspect the work. When I demanded to know why, he said Emmanuel had warned him about me.

I was so angry. I rushed home, met Emmanuel and confronted him. Instead of apologising, he started laughing. I told him to go and retract his statement about me if he wanted peace. He continued laughing, saying he would not.

I lost my cool because that was the only means of survival for me. We started fi*hting and during the process he slumped and was rushed to the general hospital. I was in the farm, when I heard people crying that Emmanuel was d*ad and I had to run away.

I am sorry and I beg for forgiveness. I know that I cannot bring back the d*ad. I only wanted to teach him a lesson.”

Men That Their Wives Are The Breadwinners; How Do You Cope?, Nigerian Man Cries Out, he wrote:

I got married late last year.
Even though I got married late, I made sure I was gainfully employed before taking the giant stride.

I love my wife and she loves me too. I carry 98 % of the home responsibility, recently, because things are on the high side and my wife is working as well, I told her to be taking care of filling the gas while I handle other bills.
I have observed that anytime I go near the gas maybe to make food or boil water, she will remind how expensive gas is right now, after all, if it finishes, I won't give money to fill. These words hurt me alot as this is the only thing you do for us in this house. I know how much I pay for rent, DSTV etc with other utility bills.

My thoughts now are;
How do men which their wives are feeding them cope with insults and embarrassments that come with every meal?

How do unemployed/underemployed men cope?

What if anything happens with my job, will I be able to stay in a verbal abusive home?

THE MAN WHO SUED THE GUINNESS WORLD RECORD FOR GIVING HIM AN AWARD.
There are many weird people around the world that you may have heard or read about. Today we are going to tell you about such a strange person. We are talking about Jonathan Lee Riches. He is called the most litigant in the world. This young man had filed the first lawsuit against his mother.
In that lawsuit, he told, 'his mother has not taken care of him well'. He also won this case and he got compensation of 20 thousand dollars. After winning this case, the young man filed a case against his friend, maestro, neighbour, relatives, fiancé, police, judge, famous companies and even George Bush. So far, the number of cases filed by him in different courts has reached close to 2600.
Jonathan Lee Riches' name is also recorded in the Guinness Book. You will be surprised after knowing that later Jonathan Lee Riches also filed a lawsuit against the Guinness Book of World. He said why his personal life was written in the book without his permission. He has won close to eight million dollars in damages and compensation in the cases so far.
After all this, he was called to a TV show where he was asked, "What is the reason that even after so much fame you are living alone and there is no one to love you?" At this, he started laughing and then got up from the TV show. After that, the young man also sued the TV channel for his dishonour. He then received compensation of fifty thousand dollars.

Chef 'Daddy'

Little Tunji stormed out of the kitchen into the living room and planted himself in front of his dad.

"Daddy the water is boiling o" he announced to his father.

He had earlier set some water to boil for his dad to make pap they were to have for breakfast with eggs and fried plantain.

"Alright let's go to the kitchen" his dad instructed.

Tunji trailed behind his dad to the kitchen like an obedient servant.

"Watch and learn" his dad ordered like an intercontinental chef and set about making the pap.

The result was disastrous.

It looked like clear watery stool.

"When you switched on the gas to boil the water did u use matches or lighter?" his dad queried him.
"I used lighter why?"
"Its your fault na, that's why the Akamu is watery"
"Daddy is that so?"
"Yes this is Akamu history I'm teaching you, now boil another water but this time use matches"
"Okay sir!"

Soon enough the water was ready.

His dad repeated the whole process and the results were as disastrous as the first.

"Hmm, daddy what happened this time na?" Tunji quizzed him.

"When you switched on the gas did you use your left hand or right?
"I used my left hand why?"
"Its your fault now, Akamu is not your mate always use your right hand you hear?"
"Yes sir"
"Good, now boil another water."

Obediently Tunji set yet another water to boil.

His dad repeated the process with even more disastrous results.

"Nawa o, Daddy what happened this time again?"
"Its like its rainy season corn not dry season corn that's why. Raining season corn always behave like this"
"What are we now going to do?"
"Leave this thing come and go and buy bread for me. I will drink tea."
"Wait, for only you? Who will now drink this pool of Bethsaida that you make?"
"You of course"
"Me? Lai lai..."
"So who will now drink it? Is this how you people waste food when I'm not around?"
"But Daddy you know the popular saying in Akamu history na 'He who makes it drinks it'.
"That's ridiculous I've never heard that before"
"Ah Daddy you have heard it today o, you think is only you that know Akamu history abi?"

"Oya go and buy big bread that will reach all of us and make that Akamu disappear before your mother returns" his dad replied and stomped out of the kitchen defeated.

Are you a champion at making pap or are you like Tunji's father?

Six Indicted in International Scheme to Defraud Qatari School Founder and then Launder over $1 Million in Illicit Proceeds
Nigerian National Known as ‘Hushpuppi’ Admits Money Laundering in School Financing Scam and Additional Cyber and Business Email Compromise Schemes
LOS ANGELES – A federal grand jury indictment unsealed this week alleges an elaborate scheme to steal more than $1.1 million from a businessperson attempting to finance the construction of a school for children in Qatar – and the subsequent laundering of illicit proceeds through bank accounts around the world.

The three-count indictment returned on April 29 and unsealed Monday charges three U.S.-based defendants who were arrested last week – as well as three defendants believed to be in Africa – with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, conspiracy to engage in money laundering, and aggravated identity theft.

The criminal complaint that initiated the prosecution in February was also unsealed Monday, revealing that Ramon Olorunwa Abbas – also known by his social media handle of “Ray Hushpuppi” – was initially charged in this case. Court documents ordered unsealed today show that Abbas, a 37-year-old Nigerian national, pleaded guilty on April 20. A version of Abbas’ plea agreement filed late Tuesday outlines his role in the school-finance scheme, as well as several other cyber and business email compromise schemes that cumulatively caused more than $24 million in losses.

“The defendants allegedly faked the financing of a Qatari school by playing the roles of bank officials and creating a bogus website in a scheme that also bribed a foreign official to keep the elaborate pretense going after the victim was tipped off,” said Acting United States Attorney Tracy L. Wilkison. “Mr. Abbas, who played a significant role in the scheme, funded his luxurious lifestyle by laundering illicit proceeds generated by con artists who use increasingly sophisticated means. In conjunction with our law enforcement partners, we will identify and prosecute perpetrators of business email compromise scams, which is a massive and growing international crime problem.”

“Mr. Abbas, among the most high-profile money launderers in the world, has admitted to his significant role in perpetrating global BEC fraud, a scheme currently plaguing Americans,” said Kristi K. Johnson, the Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office. “His celebrity status and ability to make connections seeped into legitimate organizations and led to several spin-off schemes in the U.S. and abroad. Today’s announcement deals a crucial blow to this international network and hopefully serves as a warning to potential victims targeted with this type of theft.”

According to the indictment, Abbas allegedly conspired with Abdulrahman Imraan Juma, a.k.a. “Abdul,” 28, of Kenya, and Kelly Chibuzo Vincent, 40, of Nigeria, to defraud the Qatari businessperson by claiming to be consultants and bankers who could facilitate a loan to finance construction of the planned school. Juma allegedly posed as a facilitator and consultant for the illusory bank loans, while Abbas played the role of “Malik,” a Wells Fargo banker in New York, according to court documents. Vincent, in turn, allegedly provided support for the false narratives fed to the victim by, among other things, creating bogus documents and arranging for the creation of a fake bank website and phone banking line.

Yusuf Adekinka Anifowoshe, a.k.a. “AJ,” 26, of Brooklyn, New York, allegedly played a role in the fraud, assisting Abbas with a call to the victim posing as “Malik.” Special agents with the FBI arrested Anifowoshe in New York on July 22.

The conspirators allegedly defrauded the victim out of more than $1.1 million.

The proceeds of the fraud allegedly were laundered in several ways. According to the indictment, Abbas was assisted in laundering the proceeds of the fraud by Rukayat Motunraya Fashola, a.k.a. “Morayo,” 28, of Valley Stream, New York, and Bolatito Tawakalitu Agbabiaka, a.k.a. “Bolamide,” 34, of Linden, New Jersey. These two defendants also were arrested on July 22 by FBI agents.

Approximately $230,000 of the stolen funds allegedly were used to purchase a Richard Mille RM11-03 watch, which was hand delivered to Abbas in Dubai and subsequently appeared in Hushpuppi’s social media posts. Other illicit proceeds from the scheme were allegedly converted into cashier’s checks, including $50,000 in checks that were used by Abbas and a co-conspirator to fraudulently acquire a St. Christopher and Nevis citizenship, as well as a passport for Abbas obtained by creating a false marriage certificate and then bribing a government official in St. Kitts.

Court documents outline a dispute among members of the conspiracy, which allegedly prompted Vincent to contact the victim and claim that Abbas and Juma were engaged in fraud. After this contact, Abbas allegedly arranged to have Vincent jailed in Nigeria by Abba Alhaji Kyari, 46, of Nigeria. According to the affidavit, Kyari is a highly decorated deputy commissioner of the Nigeria Police Force who is alleged to have arranged for Vincent to be arrested and jailed at Abbas’ behest, and then sent Abbas photographs of Vincent after his arrest. Kyari also allegedly sent Abbas bank account details for an account into which Abbas could deposit payment for Vincent’s arrest and imprisonment.

Anifowoshe, Fashola and Agbabiaka were arrested in New York and New Jersey on July 22, and they are expected to be arraigned in Los Angeles in August. All three are currently free on bond.

A criminal complaint and an indictment contain allegations that a defendant has committed a crime. Every defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Both conspiracy counts alleged in the indictment carry a statutory maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison. Aggravated identity theft carries a mandatory two-year prison term.

The FBI is investigating this matter as part of Operation Top Dog. The FBI thanks the government of the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai Police Department for their substantial assistance in this matter. The FBI also thanks the Kenyan Office of Attorney General, Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, and Directorate of Criminal Investigations for their substantial assistance.

This case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Khaldoun Shobaki of the Cyber and Intellectual Property Crimes Section. The Criminal Division’s Office of International Affairs provided substantial assistance in this matter.

OBI CUBANA; finally speaks👇👇👇

"I want to state this clearly, I am not the talking type or Social media interest free person"

"Many have questioned the type of boys and friends I have, to me, I hardly address anyone as my boy because we are all boys to God Almighty.

I don't have any boy who is into rituals, if you are my boy or my man because I like to address my boys as my men, it means you are working hard and you made your money in a clean way.

In 2013, I pushed 53 uneducated Oba boys into the market to learn trading. In 2017, I withdrew all of them from their Ogas and settled all of them with 3million Naira each and paid for their shops.

I linked 40 of them into importation and made them use my name and platform to import goods into the country. After two years, I checked on them how they were doing and find out some had issues and I supported them again to stand.

I am happy today that out of the 53 men, 38 are billionaires while the rest are in the level of a millionaire.

In 2018, I took 100 educated men out of streets and introduced them to the white men for business and today there are billionaires in dollars.

They also help me in their capacity when I require their help. All their friends both Nigeria and outside patronises me.

I am into hotel and club business and I have so many businesses I am brand ambassadors to.

I have alliance with spirit drinks and wines, I am brand to many businesses in the world.

It gives me joy to see my men do well, non of my hotel managers in Nigeria can small poverty, I encourage them to raise others from their local communities. I have never sacked a worker due to misconduct, I bring you in and speak to you the way you will understand.

I have this understanding that we should allow the stubborn people to exist and cool headed people to exist and we make use of them when their needs arises.

I don't believe in the supremacy of power rather I believe in the fare share of power and authority and allow everyone to feel belonged.

I have many uncountable people through my hotel business, I have encouraged many, I have made a lot of friends millionaires and billionaires because it gives me joy. Seeing them throw money around gives me happiness and they know, so anytime there are with me, they show such attitude of throwing money to please me.

Yes, I will gift 1 million to 300 Oba boys to start up business and link them up too to make it.

I have a lot of friends and associates and we are like brothers to each other. We love and encourage one another in good and bad as you have seen in my case that all of them came massively to support me.

Critics is normal and there are there to say what they want to say but when you are doing the right thing, you don't listen to what people say. If I have my way, I will also help those criticising me.

A lot of non Obas will still benefit from me because I am still in the business of making people great.

Cubana chief priest is my man and he is a jolly fellow. People mistake him for me, I am Obi Kubana and he is my Chief priest I hope you understand it now.

I am not into politics and I don't have interest in it till tomorrow. I respect those in politics because dey carry power. Lol hahaha.

My advice is they should identify talents and make them great, don't have any fear of who betrays you tomorrow, just make men and move, if they remember good if not be happy that they made it through you.

I didn't asked my boys/men for donations or help, I didn't also asked my friends for help or donations they did that on their own and I appreciated their effort.
