AN OPEN LETTER TO GOD'S FAVOURITE SON.
Dear God's Son,
I hope you see this and realise that this baby girl over here isn't waiting for you to come in all your perfection, but in your perfect love for God who is capable of giving both of us the strength and the grace to work on our imperfections together. ~Deuteronomy 7:9
You don't have to wait until you can afford to wear the best shoes to impress me, what really matters above everything else is that your steps are ordered by the Lord, and you delight in His ways. ~ Psalm 37:23
This does not in anyway mean that I don't appreciate you coming into my life with a great dress sense and a good knowledge about colour combinations, but this is only an added advantage, what is more important to me is that you come adorned in the full armor of God, every other thing can be learnt. ~ Ephesians 6:10
I'm waiting patiently for that faithful moment when you will come and sweep me off my feet with your sweet words and wide smiles. I may be all spiritually minded but I love me some romantic man too, one who knows how to make a woman smile from ear to ear, as much as he knows how to decree a thing and see them coming to pass. ~ Isaiah 55:11
We may not be the 'love at first sight' kind of couple, but not to worry, everything will surely work out for our good if you are the Amos 3:3 kinda guy.
