Clarity of thought is needed to avoid confusion, in decision making, in cherishing beautiful moments, in avoiding crisis.
Clarity is the reshaping of thoughts for the betterment of life. It improves the essence and quality of life.
There is a thin line between clarity and confusion. Once you can identify that loop point, our thoughts start to flow in a perfect direction. Decluttering of the mind is the first step to gain clarity. Decluttering is removing what you don't need in your life. Reading a book, keeping a journal, leading a healthy lifestyle, getting sound sleep and doing meditation, etc., help achieve clarity.
Here's hoping that you give yourself a chance to explore your deepest greatness because everything you need, you already have.
