What Is Self-Realization?

At its essence, self-realization is the process of recognizing and connecting with our true nature—the unchanging, eternal aspect of ourselves beyond the roles we play, the masks we wear, and the narratives we construct. It’s about peeling away the layers of conditioning, societal expectations, and egoic illusions to reveal our authentic self.

The Path to Self-Realization
Self-Inquiry: Begin by asking fundamental questions: Who am I? What lies beyond my thoughts, emotions, and physical form? Dive into introspection without judgment or preconceived notions.
Observing the Mind: Our minds are like turbulent rivers, constantly flowing with thoughts. Observe these thoughts without attachment. Realize that you are not your thoughts; you are the witness behind them.
Letting Go: Release attachments to external identities—whether related to career, relationships, or material possessions. Understand that these are transient aspects of life.
