If Mr. Peter Obi is the president of Nigeria and the ECOWAS chairman and he is faced with the Niger situation.
Obi's response will be like; "If we go to w@r, we will spend ₦15billion every week.
Our unemployment rate is above 30%, that's almost the size of Haiti and Sri Lanka.
There are vast farmlands in the north, if we invest ₦2million every week, we would cut down unemployment by 98.37%.
