Today is International Mother Language Day. This day offers us an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to defending and promoting languages.
Language is far more than a means of communication; it is the very foundation of our humanity. Embedded within it are our values, our beliefs, and our identity. It is through language that we transmit our experiences, our traditions, and our knowledge. The diversity of languages reflects the undeniable wealth of our imaginations and ways of life.
