How to Make Aju Mbaise Wraps. Credit: Tomispavilion @thetomiadenuga Instructions for Use First divide the roots, and Aidan pods into the number of Aju mbaise you have. Wash one wrap of Aju mbaise with(No need to unrap it) and 1 part of roots. Cut one Aidan pods into 4 places and use 2 pieces of the Aidan. Put in a big pot and add 2 and half litres of water. Set to boil for 30 mins. The water will turn to coffee colour. Turn off the heat. Remove the wrap, roots and aidan and drain for use next time (each wrap can be used for 3 times before discarding). Ada pinch of the spices to the pot and boil for 5 more minutes. Turn off the heat. Your Tea is ready! Dosage: Drink hot(not tongue peeling hot). Take 2 full water cups; ) Ist thing in the morning, 1hr after lunch and last thing before bed. Store the remaining Tea in the fridge and warm when you want to take it.
