I can only seize from this course
When i give up the ghost
What are the reasons behind the scene?
Why depriving my right?

Why the area silent?
Why the silent night?
Where have we gone wrong?
Does it mean the glory has been departed?

The cry of the innocent child in the wilderness shall never be in vain
The effort of our Elders shall never be in vain

BECAUSE OF ME.

✍️SEN. ORUIKOR MOSES MOSES.

I cry in the womb daily
You cry with me also
I tormented you for nine (9) months
You never reason the stress.
BECAUSE OF ME !

Am out from your womb
You continue the suffering
I never allow your precious breast rest
I wrestle with your husband
He take a bow for me
BECAUSE OF ME !

You treat me as a President
You address me as your Excellency
You serve me as your husband
You birth me as a little baby
You clothed me as a Prince
You smiles when doing it
BECAUSE OF ME !

Under the rain neither sun
You are out for my sake
When distance yourself your mind will not be at rest
BECAUSE OF ME !

When am down you raise me up
When am in distress you encourage me
When i ask you provide for me
When i shed tears you whip it away
BECAUSE OF ME !

When all hope is lost
You provide alternative
They mo**st you because of me
They nation shout on you because of me
They insult you because of me.

Because of me you become famous
Because of me they honour you
Because of me you smiles
Because of me you built mansions
Because of me you have savings
Because of me you are an entrepreneurer.

HOW TO HELP YOUR CHILDREN TO STOP BED WETTING

Bedwetting is involuntary urination while asleep, and it could be caused by urinary tract infection, sleep apnea, chronic constipation, hormone imbalance, or some other issues. It can still cause a lot of shame, and frustration, especially when kids don’t seem to be growing out of it. You can help your kids to stop bedwetting in so many ways.

All you have to do is to read very carefully to understand this piece, and I believe that this article will help your children to overcome bedwetting.

Here are the ways to help your kids to stop bedwetting.

1. Manage daytime fluid intake and urination:
You have to focus on what is going on during the day because the timing of fluid intake, and urination during the day affects what happens at night. Your children have to reduce the intake of citrus juices, artificial flavorings, and sweeteners. As a parent, you have to work with your children to make a habit of urinating every two, or three hours during the day, even when they don’t feel like urinating. Encourage your children to drink a lot of fluids early in the day, rather than waiting until the end of the day to quench their thirst. Your kids should urinate an hour before they go to bed, and then again right before they go to bed.

2. Be encouraging:
Tell your kids the gifts that you are going to buy for them, if they don't urinate at night, this can help them to stop bedwetting because of the rewards they are going to receive. You can make your children feel good about progress by consistently rewarding successes. You have to encourage your kids to wake up any time they feel like urinating and use the bathroom. It will help them a lot.

3. Cut back on screen time, especially before bedtime:
Allow your children to get a good night's rest because improving sleep hygiene can help their minds slow down so they can sleep better, and you have to reduce the way they watch television, it will help them to have enough sleep.

A BIT OF LOVE ❤
✍️SABBATHOLA DADDY KPOKA.

Imagine a sea,
A large sea, No! imagine an ocean a huge ocean Filled with love,
Within that ocean We swim and enjoy in its greatest depths,
But so often we are not aware We live in an ocean of love.

When sad or upset We can just inhale Or swallow a few gulps,
Let a bit of that ocean be ever in our hearts,
For family and strangers,
For friends and enemies,
Just take a cup or two and shake a drink of love.

A bit of love,
A few drops is often,
All we need to turn a dark moment into a shinning essence.

A bit of love,
A small cup of it Is often,
All we need to turn around stress into an oasis of serenity.

A bit of love,
A sip or breath is often,
All we need to live a life of purpose to change the world into a better environment.

ROMANTIC LOVE ❤.
✍️SABBATHOLA DADDY KPOKA.

Romantic love is elusive,
Mind enchanting, keenly contested, and often times poorly defined.

Everybody irresistibly desires to be wholesomely loved and pampered,
But a minimal number of people understand its worth.

Love can lift us to the peak of the Himalayas mountains and also return us to the bottomless ocean of emotion.

Love brings out the best in us and also plays out our worst tendencies.

Love is the only eye that penetrates the dark but flinches in light.

Love comes alive when we seek it and become a soothing balm to ponder on.

Above all,
Love suffers long,
Is kind it is not selfish and does not behave rudely even when provoked.

CRIES OF A BRAIN CHILD.
✍️MOSES DADDY KPOKA.

Come summer come winter,
A child will be born, A hope for tomorrow,
A dream yet to come.

A seed in the rain, will stand in the sun, Let's give a brain child,
A chance in the storm.

A child is a dreamer, My mind is a river, catch them young they say,
So give me a teacher.

Some suffer abuses and end in trauma, Child mo**station, starvation and deprivation of basic rights and privileges,
No quality check is a quick way to plunder.

Some are made mothers,
So young and so tender,
No right to education make them to falter.

The pains in my heart is so great, Hence i shudder, I ask for a chance, and I write you this letter. Hoping it gets to the targeted individuals.

YOUR MENTAL HEALTH: The reason for your behavior.
By ✍️Sen. Amb. Jonathan Manasseh M

Some believed that human minds is located in the thoracic cavity region of body. But advanced studies has exposed us to the ideal information. That's to say, the mind is in your brain cage.

"According to Psychologists, (a profession that deals with humans minds and control of aggressive individual) there are four types of Intelligence:

1) Intelligence Quotient (IQ)
2) Emotional Quotient (EQ)
3) Social Quotient (SQ)
4) Adversity Quotient (AQ)

1. Intelligence Quotient (IQ): This is the measure of your level of comprehension. You need IQ to solve maths, memorize things, and recall lessons.

2. Emotional Quotient (EQ): This is the measure of your ability to maintain peace with others, keep to time, be responsible, be honest, respect boundaries, be humble, genuine and considerate.

3. Social Quotient (SQ): This is the measure of your ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time.

People that have higher EQ and SQ tend to go further in life than those with a high IQ but low EQ and SQ. Most schools capitalize on improving IQ levels while EQ and SQ are played down.

A man of high IQ can end up being employed by a man of high EQ and SQ even though he has an average IQ.

Your EQ represents your Character, while your SQ represents your Charisma. Give in to habits that will improve these three Qs, especially your EQ and SQ.

Now there is a 4th one, a new paradigm:

4. The Adversity Quotient (AQ): The measure of your ability to go through a rough patch in life, and come out of it without losing your mind.

When faced with troubles, AQ determines who will give up, who will abandon their family, and who will consider su***de.

Parents please expose your children to other areas of life than just Academics. They should adore manual labour (never use work as a form of punishment), Sports and Arts.

Develop their IQ, as well as their EQ, SQ and AQ. They should become multifaceted human beings able to do things independently of their parents.

Finally, do not prepare the road for your children. Prepare your children for the road." However, all individual should give the school of taught that concern mental health as it's the very essence why some group of individuals create unnecessary scene, if everyone knows his or her temperament and work towards better organization of it will help to improve the state of things in the society.

This is just a section of the article, get the full information in our magazine when it's successfully published.

THE ULORK ASARAMA EDITORIAL BOARD OF THE FEDERATED UNION OF ASARAMA STUDENTS (FUAS) WORLDWIDE; National Secretariat Asarama Town Andoni LGA

12/8/2022

The Ulork Asarama Editorial Board, is the academic research department of the Federated Union of Asarama Students (FUAS) worldwide is here again with her unflinching quest for knowledge.

As you may know, this edition of the Ulork Asarama magazine "Voice of Asarama Students" is the 5th edition.

In this year's edition, we are not just going to pay attention to only the students community, but, we will also be directing our attention to some stakeholders in our communities and beyond if needs be.

So far so good, below are few personalities the board will request that they should have a slot in this year's publication.

1) Elder Ezekiel David O. (Rtd) Chairman, Asarama four man steering committee. Sir, as an experienced administrator, the board will want you to have a slot in the voice of Asarama Students.
It is our desire that you expose us to the setback we have encountered as a community arising from chieftaincy tussles and the modalities to ensure sustainable peace in Asarama kingdom.

2) HRH, King O. Ibani, Chairman, Asarama Divisional Council of Chiefs. Sir, as the Chairman of the Council, in our wisdom, we think it will be wise some documentaries and facts about the ownership of Asarama-Toro, Agba-Okwan, Igot-Okolo etc be documented in the Ulork Asarama Magazine so that most of our students and unborn generation can have first hand information about these places.

3) Associate Prof. Uriah Obadiah Alafonye. H.O.D. of the department of Educational Department and Grand Patron of our noble Union. Sir, as an academic guru, the board will appreciate if you can have an imprint in this year edition of the Union's publication.

4) Chief U. B. Ogbologwung (PhD), Secretary General Asarama Divisional Council of Chiefs. Sir, we understand how versatile you are in the history of Andoni. Therefore, as a board, we expect you to rewrite some documentaries that were erroneously written by our brothers regarding the first settlers in Andoni.

5) L. M. Otikor N. Samuel (PhD). Sir, as a Print Media expert, we are expecting you to write on the importance of documenting information and the consequencial effect of its negligence using using Asarama and her satellite Community as a case study.

6) Mr. Francis Marculay. There is no gainsaying that you are one of contemporary scholars in modern day politics. Hence we expect you to juxtapose the dangers of having too many candidates from a ward aspiring for the same position using ward 9 as a point of reference.

These and many more are topical issues that Asarama Students want to have first hand information about.

The importance of these issues is something that can not be overemphasized.

Please note that the Union/the board is and will remain a neutral and independent body. As such, we don't condole the issue of who is the Okan-Ama of Asarama. Hence, the board have the reserved right to edit, correct or outrightly omit word (s) phrase(s), sentence(s), paragraph(s) or even the entire article that it's content suggest who is the Okan-Ama of Asarama.
