THE ULORK ASARAMA EDITORIAL BOARD OF THE FEDERATED UNION OF ASARAMA STUDENTS (FUAS) WORLDWIDE; National Secretariat Asarama Town Andoni LGA
12/8/2022
The Ulork Asarama Editorial Board, is the academic research department of the Federated Union of Asarama Students (FUAS) worldwide is here again with her unflinching quest for knowledge.
As you may know, this edition of the Ulork Asarama magazine "Voice of Asarama Students" is the 5th edition.
In this year's edition, we are not just going to pay attention to only the students community, but, we will also be directing our attention to some stakeholders in our communities and beyond if needs be.
So far so good, below are few personalities the board will request that they should have a slot in this year's publication.
1) Elder Ezekiel David O. (Rtd) Chairman, Asarama four man steering committee. Sir, as an experienced administrator, the board will want you to have a slot in the voice of Asarama Students.
It is our desire that you expose us to the setback we have encountered as a community arising from chieftaincy tussles and the modalities to ensure sustainable peace in Asarama kingdom.
2) HRH, King O. Ibani, Chairman, Asarama Divisional Council of Chiefs. Sir, as the Chairman of the Council, in our wisdom, we think it will be wise some documentaries and facts about the ownership of Asarama-Toro, Agba-Okwan, Igot-Okolo etc be documented in the Ulork Asarama Magazine so that most of our students and unborn generation can have first hand information about these places.
3) Associate Prof. Uriah Obadiah Alafonye. H.O.D. of the department of Educational Department and Grand Patron of our noble Union. Sir, as an academic guru, the board will appreciate if you can have an imprint in this year edition of the Union's publication.
4) Chief U. B. Ogbologwung (PhD), Secretary General Asarama Divisional Council of Chiefs. Sir, we understand how versatile you are in the history of Andoni. Therefore, as a board, we expect you to rewrite some documentaries that were erroneously written by our brothers regarding the first settlers in Andoni.
5) L. M. Otikor N. Samuel (PhD). Sir, as a Print Media expert, we are expecting you to write on the importance of documenting information and the consequencial effect of its negligence using using Asarama and her satellite Community as a case study.
6) Mr. Francis Marculay. There is no gainsaying that you are one of contemporary scholars in modern day politics. Hence we expect you to juxtapose the dangers of having too many candidates from a ward aspiring for the same position using ward 9 as a point of reference.
These and many more are topical issues that Asarama Students want to have first hand information about.
The importance of these issues is something that can not be overemphasized.
Please note that the Union/the board is and will remain a neutral and independent body. As such, we don't condole the issue of who is the Okan-Ama of Asarama. Hence, the board have the reserved right to edit, correct or outrightly omit word (s) phrase(s), sentence(s), paragraph(s) or even the entire article that it's content suggest who is the Okan-Ama of Asarama.
