In the Animal kingdom, the king's daughter refuses to marry the suitors that came for her hand in marriage, she had a big fantasy of riding across the village on an elephant. So she said that any suitor that brings a life elephant to her will have her as a wife, so the king announces to all the animals in the kingdom and all of them were so discouraged about it but the tortoise went to the king and said "I will marry your daughter, I will bring a life elephant and have her as my wife.

I came before to marry her but you people chased me away but this time, I will marry her, so he also proceeded to the elephant house because the tortoise and the elephant were good friends, so he went to the elephant house and said "The king of my village will be having an Ofallah in the next two days and he said that you will be the chief of the occasion.

An Ofallah is the biggest festival in Igbo land, so if any traditional ruler should invite you, you are highly honoured. So the elephant was so delighted and enthusiastic to be there already, tortoise told the elephant "The king instructed me to come and pick you in the next two days so be ready.
The day arrived and the tortoise didn't make it early to the elephant so the elephant was bit pi**ed off like you said I'll be the chief of the occasion but you came late to pick me " the sun is already setting down, so the tortoise told elephant don't worry we will get there on time. Tortoise was walking slowly the elephant was not comfortable with that he said, please can you hurry up let's get there on time.

Then the tortoise requested please can I climb on your back so that you can carry me along, so I will get there on time. The elephant agreed so when the tortoise climbed on the back of the elephant he requested again, Please can I tie this rope in my hand around your neck so that I can be stable on your back " the elephant agreed too, so they started the journey on getting to the palace the tortoise started singing.
"Nnam Eze akpata m Enyi" (My king I have brought the elephant)
So the elephant replied " Nwa mbe isi n' ikpata onye? ( Who are you taking to the king? ) What are you trying to say, the tortoise replied
Asi m ani ya Dube enyi chebe enyi" Enyi n' aga na anyi so gi na azu.

I told the land to guard you, Mr. elephant proceed we are strongly behind you. That means you miss understood me. I was simply telling the land to guide your feet and keep you safe. Mr. elephant proceed we are strongly behind your back, you are going to be the chief of the occasion. So the elephant was deceived" he agreed and they got to the palace, the tortoise handed over the rope that was tied around the elephant to the king and the significance of the rope tied around the elephant means that the tortoise has the ownership and dominance over the elephant.

Now in Igbo land if you are presenting any life animal to someone there must be a rope around the animals neck, to show true ownership of the animal and dominance too.
So that was how the tortoise deceived his friend elephant, and by the time the elephant noticed what was going on it was too late because the kingdom had already captured the elephant so the king handed over the daughter to the tortoise and the elephant became the beast of Burden, they were riding on the elephant across the village.

The moral lesson of the story is that be careful of the friends you go places with because some of them cannot be trusted.

You Can Never Understand A Human Being.
I met Sylvester Mumba in 2012 in Livingstone, Zambia when I went there on vacation.Sylvester used to sell things made out of wood at a place called Mukuni park in Livingstone.

He was a talented woodcarver, he used to make decorative crafts out of wood.
I got his phone number after I asked him to make a wooden map of United States Of America with my names written on it. From that day, he became my friend and we started communicating even when I came back to USA.

I was 23 years old and single when I met him, I just did not feel happy, I was basically lonely and I would call Sylvester whenever I felt lonely.
We would chat for hours non-stop.
He had broken english but I understood everything.

He used to tell me that" we were meant to be because only I understood his bad english"
We then started dating six months later.

I saved up just enough working as a Host in at a SteakHouse, went to a travel agency booked a plane ticket and was off again to Zambia, but this time not to see the Victoria falls but to see Sylvester.

The ticket was $1,357 dollars at the time round trip. I stayed in Zambia for a month and we quickly got married. Then after the wedding, i left him in Zambia. Back home in USA, I paid an Immigration lawyer to help me with visa paper work for Sylvester.

To make the long story short, Sylvester was given a green card and that's how he came to USA in May 2013.
We did another wedding in USA. We were so Much in love. All was well in our marriage.I even helped him get a Job at Target Stores and helped him buy a car to ease his movements.
He slowly started adapting to the American culture and his English Improved. He also met some Zambians living in USA and together they became one family. As time went by, we started attending functions/parties organised by the Zambian community in USA.

I was even there in Tampa, Florida to support Zambia National Soccer Team when they took on Japan.
And after the soccer match there was a party where we interacted with the Soccer players and other people in attendance.
I have attended many independence functions organised by the Zambian community in Atlanta.

I started noticing one thing, the Zambians in USA like Gossiping and do not like to see their fellow Zambians (Friends) prosper in Life.
Sylvester's Zambian friends, Women inclusive would call and tell me that Sylvester did not marry me because he loves me, but because of poverty and papers (Green card).

They would tell me that he was going round the Zambian community, telling people that he was just using me to become a US citizen and that he will leave me once he is given a green card valid for 10-years.

Some of his Male Friends would call me asking me to divorce him and marry them instead, and some would call asking me for s*x.
I did not care about what people were telling me. I loved him so much and he meant my world to me.

Up todate I do not understand why Zambians in diaspora are jealous of each other.
My step sister is married to a Nigerian Man and The Nigerians are so supportive of each other🤔.

Sylvester and I decided to isolate ourselves from all the Zambians in USA because their gossips started affecting our marriage.
We were happy once again until in June this year when Sylvester was arrested for being in possession of drugs. He went drinking with some of his trusted Zambian friends.
After around midnight, they all decided to call it a day.

Sylvester was the only one driving, so he had to drop his friends at their various homes.
And after dropping his friends,on his way back home, he was stopped by a squad car (Police Car).His friends planted some drugs in his car and called the police.

And that's how he was arrested in June and was deported back to Zambia Three weeks ago. I tried to fight his deportation for 4 months but it couldn't work out as you know our immigration laws are now tough because of our current president.

People get deported for minor offences.
And the sad part is that his friends have been asking me to date them since the time he was detained.
Sylvester left USA three weeks ago and on Friday, he committed su***de.

Sylvester will be put to rest today the 29th of November at his parent's village in Northern part of Zambia.

I am so heartbroken.
I am unable to travel to Zambia.
My prayers and thoughts are with his family.

Do you know that, A community in the Niger delta, bayelsa to be precise. Called Nembe Kingdom.

They don’t sell periwinkle?

It is an abomination and No has does it even though they are abroad or far far from the community.

A Nembe man or woman may do many unspeakable things, but they never sell periwinkle. Even at a gun point.

Tradition is indeed a way of the people.

A nembe man will not marry a woman that sells it either. Or she must stop it at once.

There are different types of crowd puller works. Just like the normal ogwu awelle afia for business.

There are some that is prepared with a native goat heαd, Ram heαrt, catfish, and some other things and this type is usually done for ministries and for crowd to flow to some churches.

But it's mostly common among ministries. The pastors do it to have crowd at his /her ministry.

Like I said earlier, it's just like business crowd puller (ogwu awelle afia) but the difference with this particular crowd puller is that it'll be activated using people's spiritual gifts.

I'll explain this...

A lot of people often say people stole their life destiny which is not even possible. No human on earth can take away anyone's life given destiny, though your destiny can be tampered with, covered from manifesting, but not taken entirely. But you can't say same about your gift in life. Your spiritual gifts can be harnessed from you if you are not careful, thereby leaving you em'pty, c0nfused and strαnded in life.

So, back to the main post.

When these crowd puller work has been done for the pastor, the pot will be given to him/her to be buried either at the entrance of the church or ministry, or at the pulpit. Then, part of the instructions to activate it to start working, is, the person in charge of the crowd puller will be asked to organize a program, he /she will now call out about 10 of his members to come out for a special prayer, it's usually 5 Men, and 5women.
Those people will come out and the pastor will start praying for them, thereby touching their foreheads while he speaks in an unknown tongue. He'll pretend he's speaking in tongues, but actually saying nothing, because he's not allowed to pray for them.

Once he touches all their foreheads, he will ask them to go back and sit down.

At night, he will wash the main hand he used in touching their foreheads, and then the next day, he would come to the ministry and pour the water at the entrance of the ministry and his job is done.

But life will never remαin the same for those 10 people whom their gifts were exchanged for the crowd at the church.

Next thing, the church will start reigning and the name will be attracting people to it. And the thing is, no one who goes there would want to leave, no matter what is d0ne to them there. Then the 10 people who were used to activate the crowd puller work will start facing all types of unknown suffe'rings and chαllenges.

May we not enter into b0ndage at the course of finding solutions to our situαtion in life ✊

So, you see why you have to guide your foreheads with all you've got.
Your forehead bears your gift in life and your life destiny chakra. Don't give anyone access to harness it.

HOW ARE CORAL BEADS SOURCED?

Unlike other stones that are formed by minerals, corals are sourced deep in the sea and grow in a colony. Basically coral beads are the hard skeletal remains of marine creatures called coral polyps. Corals are naturally dull in appearance but get their
gloss and lustre when polished. When obtained from these coral polyps, they are used as beads, sculptures and carvings like flies and on brooches.

At the heydays of the first Millenium coral beads was highly prized because it was believed to be endowed with mysterious sacred properties.

HOW SHE CHANGED HER DRUNK HUSBAND

When a woman wants to teach you a lesson, even Satan sits down to take notes.

My neighbor was a big drunkard. His wife used to pick him up in bars and in trenches. Her family friends advised her to leave him but she was hopeful that she'll find a solution.

One Saturday she went to pick him again, he was completely drunk. Instead of taking him home, she headed straight to the mortuary. She negotiated with the mortuary attendants to make him lie with the corpses and when he wakes up, help me to teach him a lesson. She then went back home. Fear Women!

When he woke up, he started screaming when he found himself sleeping in the middle of dead bodies. He started screaming and calling for help pleading that he's not dead. The mortuary attendants came laughing and told him that they are used to corpses being brought to the morgue and start practicing witchcraft. They told him to lie down and that he was dead and whatever he was seeing was not in real life but in the other end of living dead.

He continued screaming and the morgue attendants came with an axe and hammer and told him that stubborn corpses are beaten and hacked until they become cooperative. He was told to lie and wait for his postmortem later that day since his cause of death hadn't been established.

He stayed there frightened in the middle of corpses the whole of that day and Sunday night.
On Monday morning they released him and told him to go home, say bye bye to his family and then come back to the morgue for preservation since he was now a mere spirit.

He ran home on foot, straight to the mirror to check if he was seeing himself. His wife pretended not to see him which made him even more worried. He went to the bathroom took a shower, dressed up and carried a Bible. That's when his wife told him that it was a Monday morning and not Sunday.

Several months later he's yet to reveal what happened to him and where he was the nights he wasn't at home. He stopped taking alcohol completely, not even soda, just milk and water. He goes to church religiously.

Good evening Mr Victor. I read your story about that young pregnant lady who was nursing a baby, and the nurses were rude to her because of her condition. I can totally relate to that story.

In my own case, my daughter was just eight months old when I found out that I was pregnant again. My world literally froze. I had just resumed work after my extended maternity leave without pay, and I was really low financially, although my husband was taking care of us, but I missed earning my own money. So when I found out that I was pregnant again, I had no other option than to resign from my job.

My decision to resign came with its own challenges as I saw myself as a failure. I cried so hard, and despite my husband's efforts to make me happy, I was still feeling sad, and was gradually slipping into depression.

The only consolation I had was that my baby girl was not the fuzzy type. She rarely cries, and was not clingy. As if she understood her mum's plight.

My shock was raised to power 100 when I went for my first scan, and found out that I was pregnant with a set of twins. I didn't know whether to be happy or sad. Nevertheless, with my husband's support, I carried on.

Sometimes when I take my baby for her immunization, the hospital staff will make ridiculous comments at me, but I chose to ignore them. In one of the ante natal classes, one of the nurses cålled me a hórny b!tçh because of my condition, but I held my emotions in check. Infact, those times were trying moments as my health condition depreciated. At some point, I had preclampsia but thank God that I was able to carry the pregnancy to a point when it was safe for me to have the babies. I later had my beautiful boys through CS.

Those first few years were really challenging, but gradually, my three kids began to grow. My twin boys and my first daughter all looked like triplets.

I nursed them for two years before I got another job. Gradually, I began to feel happy and purposeful again.

Suddenly, I came down with an ailment and the doctor suggested that my womb be removed in order to save my life. I did not hesitate in consenting to the idea. The surgery was a success and I am as healthy and as happy as I can be.

It was during the period of that ailment that it dawned on me that God allowed me to have all the kids I needed to have as quick as possible. Imagine having just one child, and still hoping to have one more, then I am faced with the challenge of removing my womb. Even though I would have still accepted oo, but it would have been a tough decision. But in this case, the decision was easier for me because I was already done with child bearing.

So when I look back at those days when I was pregnant and lamenting that my world has been paused, I smile in gratitude because God saw ahead of me, and cleared the way just before I got there.

So, to other ladies in my shoes who fell pregnant while nursing a baby, do not despair, do not feel ashamed. Do not regret carrying that pregnancy. I know it won't be easy on you now, but in a short while, you will find out that it was worth it.

May our labour of love over our children not be in vain. Amen.

To my younger self:

The most important relationship you will ever have in any lifetime is the relationship with SELF.

Know thyself.

The people you meet will be reflections of you and will mirror back to you the shadow sides of yourself.

You will be tempted to see yourself as a victim when you are treated poorly but it is a TRAP.

No one should have that much power over you. Focus.

As you continue to work on yourself, people will come into your life and leave when it is time, according to your vibrational frequency.

Release the people/situations that no longer serve(even if they once served you), learn the lessons, vibrate higher and attract better.

The energy with which you release people/situations matter greatly, for there are many ways to create soul-ties.

If you wish to avoid repeating these experiences, let go with love.
