WHY YOU NEED TO TRUST GOD 🥰
Sometimes this month I went for a matter in one of the customary courts in Rivers State. While enroute the community, I was really bothered about my matter being called before I reach there, likewise a colleague going for a different matter. This place is quite far from Port Harcourt.

Reaching there, the court was just about sitting. We checked the Cause List, mine was No. 3, his was No. 23.

Now the Chairman has a way of calling his matters. Sometimes, he will start from the beginning (no. 1), sometimes from the ending, and sometimes, he just calls the cases as he likes.

So the other lawyer told me that if he starts from the beginning, I will leave early and if he starts from the ending, then it will be his luck 😁.

My response was, whether front or back, I pray it favours me.

So the Chairman started from the back, the lawyer was grining 😬. I told him thank God for you. There were 27 cases. After calling 27, 26, 25, Chairman jump back to the front o.

He mentioned 1, 2 and then my matter 3!!!.

That was how I did my matter and left uncle.

The issue with this court is that, you may stay till afternoon and your matter ends up being not called because the court is tired. 😩

Moral. Just trust God.

Write your WILL now.

A lot of people still feel that they only get to write their Will/Testament when they are old and grey or on the dying bed. You need to drop that idea now.

There are lots of instances where after a man or woman dies, you see the relatives, children (even of the same parents) dragging themselves to court over the estate of their late brother/ parents. In some cases, it is the first son suing the mother and his other siblings over the property of his late father. (Nothing eye 👁️ never see)

To avoid all these kasala, the best is to start writing your Will once you start acquiring transferable properties, like Houses 🏘️, cars 🚗🚗🚗, monies in bank, shares in companies, Land. This will enable you to give your beneficiaries whatever you want, the way you want it.

You can keep making adjustments to the Will whenever you acquire more properties, sell of part of it or one person don misbehave, you changed your mind over the person 😁.

Over this particular registration, CAC showed me weeen. (On their own, by themselves, exparte, they changed the name, had to do another News paper publication, but we movee😎)
Had to pray about it on the altar on Saturday.
This morning (who am I but meehn) I asked God I want it approved today.
I just tire🥲🥲.

God did it. 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼.

ORIGINAL CAC certificate

Seems more people are getting awareness about CAC registration especially now that the CBN made it mandatory for POS operators.

The more the awareness, the more the increase in the number of persons trying to scam others because of the desperation to meet the deadline.

So here is how to know if the certificate issued to you is genuine or not.

It's easy

▶️Go to CAC public search
▶️Type the name of the Company
registered
▶️ Select Business name, Company,
Incorporated Trustee or Limited
Guarantee
If the business was actually registered, it will show.

Another way is making the name and registration number available to a trusted accredited agent to search for it under the Post Incorporation Portal.

FAKE CAC CERTIFICATE.

A colleague hinted me of a post on Facebook.

Now from the post there are two likelyhood. Either the poster is a scammer or the poster was scammed.

The made a post with a CAC certificate to show that her business has been registered and to assure her customers that they are in safe hands.

But guess what, the certificate is FAKE.

How did I know.

Apart from the fact that the registration number was fabricated, the graphics used in placing the number and the business name sold them out.

In my next post, I will write out how to identify an original CAC certificate.
