Today our prayer focus shall be:
PRAYING AGAINST THE ACTIONS THAT LEAD TO DIVORCE

Divorce doesn't happen in a day; little steps often overlooked, lead to divorce

Today we are not only talking about actual divorce of going separate ways but detachment in the Spirit. Many are at that point. The devil is not playing and will not allow the power of two
You find yourself in your home without feelings. Just sharing house

Example:
When your spouse constantly hurts you, it takes out of the relationship.
People begin to build walls around their hearts and this tampers with the power of oneness

Marriage is meant to be enjoyed not endured. It is supposed to be an active love shared between two that leads to comprehensive benefit

My marriage must work by the blood of Jesus

Therefiore we go into prayer
Prayer 1
Lord, help my spouse to overpower the temptation that makes them hurt me continually in the name of the Lord Jesus
I also refuse to be a cause of pain for my spouse in the name of Jesus

Samson's wife was a continual pain for him

Judges 14:17 KJV
And she wept before him the seven days, while their feast lasted: and it came to pass on the seventh day, that he told her, because she lay sore upon him: and she told the riddle to the children of her people.

I shall not be a trap against my spouse in the name of Jesus

Prayer 2
Father help my spouse to desist from actions that make me feel I am being taken for granted in the name of Jesus

But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house.

Prayer 3
Remove far from me every feeling of unforgiveness building up within me in the name of Jesus

So that contrariwise ye ought rather to forgive him, and comfort him, lest perhaps such a one should be swallowed up with overmuch sorrow.

Father deliver me from bitterness that will trouble my home in future in the name of Jesus

Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;

I stand against every feeling of being fed up. I receive fresh grace to fight for my marriage to make it work in the name of Jesus. I refuse to get tired in the name of Jesus

Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.
Pray in the spirit

Lord reconfirm our love one for another

Wherefore I beseech you that ye would confirm your love toward him.

Lord, every weight caused by lack that put a strain on our relationship roll away in the name of Jesus

God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.

Every sickness and disease lingering and threatening the life of our marriage, we stand against you today in the name of Jesus

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Prayer 9
Lord arise with vengeance against the enemy of my marriage in the name of Jesus

Isaiah 59:19 KJV
So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.

PRAYER FOR ONE ANOTHER
Now pray earnestly for a family who has your kind of challenge

FOR OUR PARENTS OF NATIONS:

Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.

We refuse every impatience that leads to divorce in the name of Jesus
Zachariah and Elisabeth continued together
Manoah and his wife and God visited them

We refuse alternatives

Genesis 16:2 KJV
And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the Lord hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai.

We stand against alternatives for our parents of nations

We refuse temptation to go aside or outside in the name of Jesus

Pray in the spirit for renewed grace for our parents of nations

Lord visit us in the mighty name of Jesus
Help us to rejoice
Plant a seed in us today by Your power in the name of Jesus

We call forth the repaying of all debts owed us by the blood of Jesus

We also ask that our debts be forgiven us in the name of Jesus
Thank You Heavenly Father

For open doors of supernatural breakthroughs

For our children and spouses by the blood of Jesus
Thank You Heavenly Father

For in Jesus name we have prayed today

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

Let's praise Him as we share the grace in fellowship

🔒 Trust: The Bedrock of a Thriving Marriage 🔒

Welcome back, the Lord bless you all!

Today, let's dive into a crucial aspect of a strong and flourishing marriage: Trust.

Trust forms the solid foundation that holds our relationship together, allowing us to journey through life as a team with confidence and security.

When we trust our spouse, we are relying on their character, integrity, and faithfulness. It's about having confidence in their words and actions, knowing that they have our best interests at heart. Just as we trust in God's guidance and love, we can choose to trust in our partner, knowing that they are committed to our marriage.

Why is trust so important?

Well, it strengthens our bond. When we trust each other, we create a safe space where we can be vulnerable, open up, and share our deepest thoughts and emotions. Trust also provides emotional security, giving us the freedom to be ourselves without fear of judgment or rejection.

So, how can we cultivate trust in our marriage?

It starts with honesty and truthfulness.

Ephesians 4:25 (NIV) reminds us, "Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body."

Being honest with our spouse and speaking the truth builds a foundation of trust and authenticity.

When we trust our spouse, we create an atmosphere of open communication and transparency. We can share our dreams, fears, and struggles, knowing that we will be heard and understood. Trust allows us to face challenges together, knowing that we can rely on each other's support and commitment.

Let's make trust a priority in our marriage. Let's honor our commitment to truth, faithfulness, and reliability. As we choose to trust our spouse, we build a stronger, more resilient partnership. Together, we can experience the depths of love, intimacy, and joy that God desires for our marriage.

Father, we have come again tonight, to worship Your Majesty for another privilege to appear before You, be thou exalted oh Lord in Jesus Mighty Name

Let us thank the Lord for the lives of our husbands

Let us appreciate the Lord everything that had to do with our husbands

Psm 124:1 If it had not been the Lord who was on our side, now may Israel say;

If not for God on our side, our husbands would have been where we never planned.
So let us give Him quality thanks

Let us appreciate the Lord for his preservation and intervention, even when we didn't know what was going on in the realm of the Spirit

May His Name alone be glorified

Let's ponder on this charge before we pray

Mummy Labi, I celebrate you.

Today, by God's grace, we are going to be praying for our husbands concerning the divine assignment God has committed into their hands within our families.

Scripturally, we understand that a husband, a father, has a very important role to play in our families but so many fathers have missed out on carrying out this assignment.

Just as God has designed husbands to be the head, the priest, and the leader of the family, we understand that as a father, their position carries significant responsibility. Yet we can see even from scriptures that so many of them failed in this area, starting from Eli, Samuel, and a host of others. And we also saw the adverse consequences that followed as a result of their failure to carry out their roles as fathers.

One of the major reasons God chose Abraham according to the scriptures was because God knew that Abraham will teach his children to follow His will.

Genesis 18:19 (NLT): “I have singled him out so that he will direct his sons and their families to keep the way of the Lord by doing what is right and just. Then I will do for Abraham all that I have promised.”

God’s promise on Abraham was attached to him successfully training Isaac in the way of the Lord, so if he had missed out on that assignment, today, Abraham would have been mentioned as a failure not a friend of God.

Many fathers just wish away or shy away from their responsibilities of training children in the exact Will of God for so many reasons and we have witnessed the destructive outcomes in families where

Fathers neglect their God-given roles, allowing the enemy to sow pain, tears, frustration, and hopelessness.

Therefore, today, we are going to be interceding and standing in the gap, asking the Lord to prevent our husbands from being absent or misplaced in their divine assignments.

Let's pray

Let's plead for mercy tonight as we pray

Prayer Point 1🙏

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask for mercy over the lives of our husbands as fathers for every unfulfilled assignment they have left undone in families. We ask that You open up their eyes to recognize the importance of their role as fathers and take responsibility for their God-given assignment.

Psalm 103:13 - "As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him."

We plead for Your mercy Lord for our husband

For some that are absentee fathers and husband

Father, we plead for Your mercy for our husbands that have left their responsibility to teachers and others 🙌🙌

Prayer Point 2🙏

Heavenly Father, we pray for our husbands, asking that You grant them wisdom and discernment in parenting. May they seek guidance from Your Word and be led by the Holy Spirit, fulfilling their responsibilities with devotion and obedience just as Abraham did

Proverbs 3:12 - "Because the Lord disciplines those he loves, as a father the son he delights in."

Lord, we pray that our husbands will be intentional in raising our children
Grant us as parents the wisdom to work together in love to raise our children

Prayer Point 3🙏

Lord, we beseech you to strengthen our husbands and empower them to resist any temptation or distraction that may hinder them from fulfilling their God-given roles. Grant them the determination and perseverance to raise our children in righteousness and lead our family in alignment with Your Word🗣🗣🗣🗣

Ephesians 6:4 - "Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord."

Prayer Point 4🙏

Father, we declare in the name of Jesus that every one of our husbands will be diligent and committed to their roles as providers and protectors for our families.

Timothy 5:8 - "Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever."

Cause them to be good stewards of the resources You have entrusted to them, making wise decisions that bring blessings and security to our households🙇🙇🙇

We and our husband will not waste the resource You have committed into our hands in the name of Jesus Christ

Prayer Point 5🙏

Heavenly Father, we pray that our husbands will be examples of love, patience, and godly character in our homes. May they emulate the selflessness of Jesus Christ, loving our children sacrificially and leading with gentleness and compassion.

Colossians 3:21 - "Fathers, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged."

Prayer Point 6🙏
Lord, we ask for divine protection and covering over our husbands as they carry out their roles. Shield them from the attacks of the enemy and grant them strength and courage to stand firm in their faith.

Psalm 127:3-5 - "Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them."

I pray that they will be filled with the knowledge of Your Word and the power of Your Spirit, guiding our children in the ways of righteousness.

Let them be the word of God for our children

Help them to be good example for our children
Help them to emulate the character of Christ for our children

Thank You father

Lord, we give You praise

Father, we give You glory

Let us declare with confidence that our husbands will prosper in every aspect of their lives in the name of Jesus

May God's abundant blessings and favor rest upon my husband guiding his steps

My husband must surely prosper

Every of his effort will be fruit

My husband and I will grow old together in sound health

Father, we thank You for the prosperity of our husbands

In Jesus might name we have decreed and declare

Mommies, I pray that God richly blesses each one of you for your selflessness and faithfulness in the room of prayer.

Last night Odogwu Yul Edochie slept outside because his newly acquired wife, Judy locked him outside for coming back late. He begged and begged the woman to open up for him she blatantly refused. Judy’s quest to turn this man from Odogwu to Odiegwu is happening right before us and no one wants to summon courage to advice her to p|ty the young actor. How can a whole Odogwu be locked outside of his own house??
