IPOB family worldwide and entire Biafrans mourn the lost of an icon who stood solidily for the better life of all Biafrans. IPOB will not forget the struggle and achievements of this Icon during the liberation struggle of Nigeria from the colonial masters.
Again, IPOB worldwide will not forget the effort of our father towards the release of our great liberator Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU who was kidnapped from Kenya to Nigeria by the Federal Government. Inspite of his age and failing health, he lead Igbo elder's visit to A*o Rock, Abuja to plead with the Federal Government headed by Fulani impostor called Buhari to release Mazi Nnamdi KANU as his last wish. But the Imposter President claimed that only Judiciary will decide MNK' fate. Even after the same Court have discharged and acquitted Mazi Nnamdi KANU, same Buhari and his Fulani hegomony ignored the request of an old dying man and the Court verdict because of incurable hatred towards Ndigbo.
Chief Dr. Amaechi Mbazuruike was the only living icon that fought for the independence of Nigeria in 1960 and remained strong until today God Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama called him in his bossom.
Buhari and his Fulani-controlled Federal Government must understand that Chief Mbazuruike is not happy with them even in death for ignoring his appeal for the release of Mazi Nnamdi KANU. The time chief Mbazuruike were pushing for the independence of this murderous nation Nigeria from Britain, Buhari was in primary school if he went to primary school.
We ask God Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama to give the family of Chief Mbazuluike fortitude to bear the lost because Ndigbo has lost an iroko, an iroko they cannot see again and who stood by the truth always.

Firstly; I decided to write this rejoinder simply because Radio Biafra deliberately promoted the write by one Master Elochukwu Ohagi. The write by the said primary school teacher is too poor for a reply, but I will endure bringing myself this low to play in the sand.
The said writer often calls himself a philosopher; a title I am certain he is ignorant of the meaning. But due to social media gave us liberty to write; even a mad or ignorant fellow can be a professor. Little wonder IPOB are called miscreants; they shouldn’t have allowed kids to make a mess of their limited liability company.
Yet; due to we are emotionally attached to Biafra, we find it easy to swallow hook, line, and sinker any nonsense written or said by people. Radio Biafra page to promote such a lowly write triggered my rejoinder. The reason for promoting an article that insults the ingenuity of Biafrans is unknown. I saw the writer said Biafran army couldn’t have produced the missiles they tested. If this army produced missiles in 1967; why can’t that same army produce missiles today?
Yesterday; I saw the video of BNG multiple missile launch test on Radio Biafra page. Instead of give credit to BNG, they gave credit to Biafra by tagging the video ‘Biafra test launch of multiple ‘missiles’. That is the kind of unity and approach we need; if you can’t succumb to BNG due to competition or jealousy, you give Biafra the credit. We should always have unity of purpose. Biafra should always be where we unite, as Biafra army unites all of us today.
Starting the commentary; the poorly written easy by the poor boy said, “I don’t know why some of us can’t see. The dangers of having too many arms groups in a nation fighting to gain independence”
The said philosopher has a problem with ability to think. He is unable to differentiate between armed group and military. He opined BNG is an armed group; without being able to know that Biafran army declared Biafra in 1967 and defended Biafra for three years. The small boy forgot Biafra is founded on military and can only be sustained through military might. I know he has never seen 'arms group' show their faces or show badges. The badges and faces he sees in our army, doesn't that pass a different message to him? Can't he see the difference between camouflage, national badges, faces, pride and cult-like groups?
As a small boy; he jumped into Biafra agitation because he could create Kwashiorkor sentences that praise a Biafran leader. Unlike those of us that took time and studied the history of Biafra; spoke with 1967 major players, and we have the benefit to know “Ojukwu said only force can restore Biafra”. We were also privileged to know that late Ojukwu gave his military mandate to a brooding army before his demise.
The ignorant boy today chose to write ignorantly about the legacy of late Ojukwu. To avoid digressing too much; let me directly address his ignorant message. His concern is too many “arms group”. Already we have many groups fighting for Biafra agitation, and they all have their security wings and that security wings are the “Arms group” in question.
These “Arms Group” carry guns, wear black and black or different colors, cover their faces and issue threats and maintain ‘unknown status’. We have arms groups like ESN security, responsible for securing IPOB’s mothers and fathers farming, BNYL security, responsible for Calabar area and securing BYNL members. We have motherland warriors, responsible for attacking formations. Furthermore, we have different security ‘Armed’ groups in Biafra, but have one national army. Security is different from army, and you can't compare the two. Army is not "arms group". " Arms Group " will eventually join military because military is one all over the world.
BNG is the standard Biafra army of 1967 and because army is a different ball game “Arms Group” will smoothly fall into line, enabling Biafra to unite. The small boy is not aware that military is a fraternity and a different world. Only military has the ability to unity Biafra agitators because in military; many generals are needed, many captains, many majors and there is enough room for everybody to come in and retain their relevance.
On a normal day; I would not reply the boy because I hate replying ignorance. Biafrans need to understand that 1967 army of Biafra didn’t die. Late Ojukwu handed the military mandate to BNG and BNG has shown willingness to carry everybody along. All security groups, including ESN will be trained and fall into line. Military is not security and military is a national affair and not group affair.
Finally,; the poor boy said our national army assembled iron 'in the name of' missiles. Somebody should help the ignorant primary school teacher with facts. Somebody should tell him that in 1967; even without resources, Biafran engineers produced Ogbunigwe and many other weapons to the extent the world said another Japan has risen in Africa. You simply need to tell the poor boy to wake up to the reality that we are Biafrans, and we have not changed. If we did it when we had nothing in 1967; we can do it today, we have access to everything.

Born on 16th June 1929, Elder Amaechi popularly known as The Boy Is Good , is an elder statesman who served as the first Minister of Aviation during the First Republic in Nigeria.
He died at the age of 93 yrs
May his soul rest in peace .

Nigerian Govt Lost Again At the Appeal Court Against Nnamdi Kanu.
The Abuja Court of Appeal turned down the Federal Government request seeking to stay the ex*****on of the judgment that cleared the terrorism charges against Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
According to the lawyer to Kanu, Chief Mike Ozekhome, (SAN), the court upheld the freedom of Kanu and added that it is illegal the continued detention of Kanu after the court’s judgement.

Biafra : Nnamdi Kanu’s US Lawyer Drags Buhari, AGF Malami To US Congress, Seeks Heavy Sanction |
The United States-based Special Counsel to the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Bruce Fein, has petitioned the US Senate and House of Representatives Committee Chairmen, seeking sanctions against President Muhammadu Buhari; and the Attorney General of Nigeria, Abubakar Malami.
IGBERE TV gathered that Fein is seeking sanction for the duo for the continued detention of Nnamdi Kanu despite an Appeal Court judgement ordering the release of the IPOB leader.
The letter was captioned: “RE: Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act: Recommending President Joe Biden to impose sanctions against Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari and Nigerian Attorney General Abubakar Malami for gross violations of internationally recognized human rights against Biafran leader Nnamdi Kanu, including kidnapping, torture, and prolonged arbitrary detention to retaliate for exercising internationally recognized rights to freedom of expression and association.”
The IPOB leader’s lawyer asked the legislature to prevail on US President Joe Biden to impose severe sanctions on Buhari and Malami for flouting both the United Nations Human Rights Council Working Group on Arbitrary Detention Opinion, and the Nigerian appeal court judgement ordering immediate release of Kanu.
While liken Buhari and Malami to Russian President Vladimir Putin; Chinese President Xi Jinping; and Saudi Arabian Prime Minister, Mohammed bin Salman, the lawyer urged Congress not to allow them get away with their rascality and lawlessness.
He addressed the letter to Robert Menendez, Chairman, Senate Committee on Foreign Relations; Jim Risch, Ranking Member, Senate Committee on Foreign Relations; and Richard Durbin, Senate Committee Chairman on the Judiciary.

Court Sets Final Date For Referendum Hearing
The federal High Court Abuja has set out January 27th 2023 for the final hearing of the ethnic referendum case.
Recall that many ethnic nationalities in Nigeria had jointly filed a case before Justice Binta Nyanko to grant them a referendum exercise for the people to decide whether to remain in Nigeria or not.
During the court sitting today, many other ethnic nationalities in Nigeria requested to join the case as Binta Nyanko promised to hear the suit on 27th January, 2023.
The various nationalities includes the middle beltans, Ogoni ethnic nationality, Ibom people, and so many others. The court had to adjourn the case to 27 January 2023 for hearing of the motion for joinder.

UPDATE ON OUR TODAY'S VISIT TO OUR INDEFATIGABLE CLIENT- ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU AT THE DSS HEADQUARTERS, ABUJA WHERE HE IS NOW BEING ILLEGALLY AND UNCONSTITUTIONALLY HELD IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT, IN GROSS VIOLATION OF THE POSITIVE ORDERS OF THE COURT OF APPEAL:
We visited Onyendu today, the 20th day of October, 2022, at the headquarters of the Department of State Services (DSS), Abuja.
Today’s briefing centred on the late night "Notice of Appeal and Motion for Stay of Execution” of the Judgment of the Court of Appeal, which was served on the office of our Lead Counsel- Chief Mike Ozekhom, SAN, yesterday, being the 19th day of October 2022, at 5:03pm.
Our strategies towards a successful upsetting of the efficacy of these processes as it affects Onyendu’s unconditional release were discussed with him, which strategies were all acceptable to him, particularly now that the “Motion for Stay of Execution” was fixed for hearing on Monday, being the 24th day of October, 2022.
Though the FGN’s right of appeal is a Constitutional Right, it is our firm contention that the FGN must first and foremost, obey the Order of the Court of Appeal directing for the immediate and unconditional release of Onyendu. The FGN has been in contempt of the positive Orders of Court made since the 13th day of October, 2022, by the Court of Appeal, which Orders clearly discharged Onyendu, and prohibited the FGN from further detaining him and/or subjecting him to any further prosecution or trial.
The law is settled that a party who is in disobedience of a Court Order, cannot be entitled to, or be granted the indulgence of the exercise of the equitable discretion of a Court of Law for “Stay of Execution” of the same Order the party is in its contempt.
Onyendu’s legal team, eminently led by our erudite Silk – Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN, is ever ready to literally remove the carpet from under their feet in Court, come the 24th day of October, 2022.

IPOB: Fed Govt appeals judgment freeing Kanu.

The Federal Government yesterday took its case against the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Nnamdi Kanu to the Supreme Court.
It has asked the apex court to stay the ex*****on of the October 13 Court of Appeal judgment that freed the leader of the separatist group.
The request forms one of the reliefs in a motion for a stay of ex*****on filed yesterday before the apex court by the office of the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF).
The Nation learnt that the motion contained a seven-ground notice of appeal, in which the Federal Government not only faulted the lower court’s decision, but equally prayed that it be set aside.
The appellant argued, among others, that the Court of Appeal erred when it faulted the manner Kanu was brought back to face trial after he jumped bail and fled the country.
It contended further that the Court of Appeal erred when it struck out the pending charge against Kanu on the ground that the trial court no longer possessed the requisite jurisdiction to continue the trial because of the manner Kanu was returned to the country upon allegedly jumping bail.
A date for the hearing of the motion for the stay of ex*****on is being awaited.
Last Thursday, the Court of Appeal in Abuja declared as unlawful Kanu’s repatriation to Nigeria from Kenya and his subsequent arraignment before a Federal High Court in Abuja for the continuation of his trial on pending terrorism charges.
The three-member panel of the court also quashed the terrorism charge brought against him by the Federal Government, pending before the Federal High Court in Abuja.
The Appeal Court was of the view that the Nigerian government breached all known local and international laws in the forceful rendition of Kanu to Nigeria, thereby making the terrorism charge against him incompetent and unlawful.

Southeast leaders, others demand Kanu's immediate release
Southeast leaders under the agies of South East Council of Traditional Rulers and Representatives of Igbo Archbishops and Bishops on peace and conflict resolution have called for immediate release of leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
The leaders said the call was in line with the unanimous judgement of the Court that Kanu's extradition and subsequent trial was illegal, and the lower court had no jurisdiction to hear the case.
In a statement on Tuesday jointly signed by Chairman, Anambra State Traditional Rulers Council, Igwe Nnaemeka Achebe, Methodist Archbishop of Umuahia, Most Rev. Dr. Chibuzo Opoko and others, noted that the Appellate court's wisdom offered timely opportunity to overcome the challenge of trust obstructing the path to peace and opening window to winning hearts and minds of the people of the area.
The statement partly reads,: "In the recent past, the Joint Body has undertaken extensive and intense behind-the-scenes consultations with all stakeholders to broker a permanent, regionally coordinated restoration of the South-East to the status as the most peaceful and progressive subnational zone in Nigeria.
"The Joint Body has been consistent and persistent in its call for all stakeholders to not relent in the pursuit of peacebuilding and resolution of security challenges in the South East based on justice, equity, fairness, love, mutual understanding, and respect of all persons.
"In furtherance of this, we have also supported the call for the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by the Federal Government to douse the current tensions across the Southeast and create an atmosphere for collaboration towards a constructive resolution of the issues.

Biafrans Records Massive Success On Atonement Feast

Following the just concluded atonement feast generally observed by Biafrans worldwide, Biafraland recorded a massive success of the atonement feast.
The atonement which is usually observed once every year commenced at exactly 4 PM on the 4th of October 2022 which included a 24hours fast and an all-night prayers.
2022 Atonement was organised by Abia State IPOB which of course was a great one, it was a historic event despite the challenges. However the knee interest of the atonement, all the State coordinators, Biafra elders, men, women and Children were present at the atonement that was held in Abia State, and the feast projected unison among all Biafrans.
It was a successful one as Biafrans from all works of life attended enmass at their different locations of abode as we made powerful prayers, teachings and mostly we asked Okike (God) for forgiveness of our sins that has set us back towards the restoration of Biafra.
After all, protocols were observed, the Rabbi made burnt sacrifices unto Elohim (Chiukwuokikeabiama ) to appease him to hear our cry and restore Biafra, which is the only remedy left for mankind.
