As a matter of fact, Feedback is not just a one time action, or one end response, but;
Feedback is any response to your business practice, whether it comes from your clients or customers, or whether it is provided by your employees or leadership team.

Feedback also serves as a tool for varies department in the organization, from design, to development, to production, to marketing, to sale, to management etc...

'FeedBank' is somehow liken to a 'traffic bank' in the blogging ecosystem.
FeedBank Is a digital bank of feedback response from both customers and employees, that attracts, converts, and retains traffic for the business.

Your business can create a strong FeedBank, if you intend to grow on & through the digital space. And this is done by getting strategic feedbacks response directly or indirectly from both customers & employees, and representing them (feedbacks) in various formats, that can be strategically distributed on the digital space.

A reliable digital space to start with is Google (business reviews)
This is one spot where you can get feedbacks and use this feedbacks to get more and more customers, and even partnership deals.

Alot of content around pictures...

Maybe, it might not yet be that perfect picture, but it comes with a disruptive momentum to of your dream.
Come on!
It's not a bad thing to dream, and it doesn't take much to dream.
Infact, there is no significant thing/event that comes my way, that I haven't dreamt of, or inoculated it in my mind one way or the other.
One way to initiate dream is through imagination...
Imagination has to do with upstream kind of thinking...
After imagination, then comes Painting the Picture and make it Clear & Bold.
I like us to flip back to what God said about it.
"... As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is"
If you can think it, then you can dream it.
If you can dream it, then you can Paint it.
If you can Paint the Picture, then you can Become it
If you can become it, then you can manifest it.
If you can Manifest it, then you can replicate it.

The best way to gain momentum for greatness is to PAINT THE PICTURE.
Now!
You might be wondering on What/When/Who/How/Why you should PAINT THE PICTURE in other to gain momentum and attain greatness.

Maybe,
We need to take a look at Jesus Christ (The risen King), ...Who for the Joy (Picture) that was set ahead of him(painted), endures the cross and despised the shame...
Now, I heard someone saying I have a dream, but I haven't been able to actualize it in my reality.
How do I go from here, and fill this gap?

Another one just muttered
I don't think dream works😔?
Or
I think it works for just few lucky people, and I am not one of them😭.
Before I take a break to accommodate more questions, that I would need to give answers to.
Please kindly share your thoughts on any of the questions above.
I also want you to know that "DREAMS ARE VALID".
