Photos of Ekweremadu's daughter and wife in court today as police charge Sonia for trafficking a homeless man into the UK to harvest his organs for herself

The daughter of former deputy Senate president, Ike Ekweremadu, appeared in a UK court today November 7 to answer to claims that she trafficked a homeless man into the country to harvest his organs for herself.

Ekweremadu, and his wife, Beatrice were arrested in June this year and have been standing trial alongside their doctor, Obinna Obeta, for charges bothering on conspiracy to arrange the travel of another person with a view to exploit him and harvest his organ.

It is alleged they conspired together, with others unknown and with another family member Isaac Ekweremadu, to arrange the travel of a 21-year-old man identified as David Ukpo Nwamini, with a view to exploiting him between 1 August 2021 and 5 May this year. They have been accused of facilitating his travel from Lagos to London to remove one of his kidneys and use same for their daughter, Sonia, who has a kidney-related disease and has been on dialysis for some time.

While in court today, the prosecutors claim the plot was to harvest Nwamini's organ for Sonia's benefit. The prosecutors told the court that the Ekweremadus and their doctor were arrested after the young man, who previously lived on the streets of Lagos, turned up at Staines police station, claiming he was the victim of trafficking.

Prosecutors claim Nwamini told police officers he had arrived in the UK on 20 February this year and had been taken to Royal Free Hospital for tests, none of which he consented to. After these tests, Nwamini said he had returned to the house he had been staying in, where he was 'treated effectively as a slave'. Prosecutors claim he escaped the address and was homeless for three days before going to the police.

Mr. Ekweremadu and his doctor are currently on remand in HMP Wandsworth and HMP Belmarsh respectively. They did not appear at court today. Mrs Ekweremadu was granted bail at a hearing in July and appeared in court today alongside Sonia.

One of the best citizenship in the world is that of UAE.
Why do I think so ?
Well ,as a citizen of UAE you get free education, free land ,free medication and a whole lot more .
Parents don't pay for child delivery ,after birth the baby gets free medical attention for 9 months .
Local schools and Universities are free of charge for citizens (the government pay the fees).
The government assists citizens for their weddings with as much as $20000 if the said citizen can't afford that🙆‍♂️🙆‍♂️.
When the marriage is done the couple get a free land to build .😳😳
Now I'm wishing am a citizen too.😏😏.
These new couple could get a zero interest loan or a grant to build on the empty land 🤷🏻‍♂️.
If you need medical treatments or surgeries not available in UAE you get flown abroad .🤭
As a senior citizen you get lots and lots of discount and a free caretaker if you lonely and can't afford getting one .
Funerals of the diseased citizens are free too in fact within hours after confirming the death a full tenth is built next to the diseased home so family, friends and and associates can come pay their last respects .
This is the true meaning of government, after all he(government) is meant to take care of his citizens and UAE have taken this care to the extreme🥰.
Now you thinking .
What can I do to become a citizen right ??
Well you can become a citizen but that will definitely come at a cost .
Below are ways to become a citizen of Dubai.

c) Emirati mother(home or abroad) without a legally established fatherhood.

2: BY MARRIAGE: First a UAE national must get legal permission from the court in order to get married to a foreigner.
The foreigner must have a UAE resident visa and have a clean medical and criminal record.
None of the parties involved should be half the others age.
As long as both parties don't mind it's not a problem if one party is non Muslim.
Although a foreign man marrying an Emirati woman won't be given citizenship based on marriage but a foreign woman getting married to an Emirati man may be granted citizenship in seven years if she has a child or children with him and in ten years if she doesn't.
3: NATURALIZATION:Previously
only ethnic Arab settlers of good character, legal income ,of no criminal records ,fluent in Arabic language with academic qualification can become citizens through naturalization but changes to the naturalization laws now allow resident visa holders to get citizenship in UAE regardless of ethnicity.

The Samburu are a Nilotic people of north-central Kenya that are related to but distinct from the Maasai. The Samburu are semi-nomadic pastoralists who herd mainly cattle but also keep sheep, goats and camels. They speak Samburu, which is a Nilo-Saharan language. The Samburu social organization is a gerontocracy. The power of elders is linked to the belief in their curse, underpinning their monopoly over arranging marriages and taking on further wives. This is at the expense of unmarried younger men, whose development up to the age of thirty is in a state of social suspension, prolonging their adolescent status.
The paradox of Samburu gerontocracy is that popular attention focuses on the glamour and deviant activities of these footloose bachelors, which extend to a form of gang feuding between clans, widespread suspicions of covert adultery with the wives of older men, and theft of their stock. They are semi-nomadic pastoralists whose lives revolve around their cows, sheep, goats, and camels. Milk is their main stay; sometimes it is mixed with blood.

The Samburu believe that God (Nkai) is the source of all protection from the hazards of their existence. But God also inflicts punishment if an elder curses a junior for some show of disrespect. The elder’s anger is seen as an appeal to God, and it is God who decides if the curse is justified. Faced with misfortune and following some show of disrespect towards an older man, the victim should approach his senior and offer reparation in return for his blessing. This calms the elder's anger and restores God’s protection. It is however uncommon for an elder to curse a junior. Curses are reserved for cases of extreme disrespect.

Samburu religion traditionally focuses on their multi-faceted divinity. It is not uncommon for children and young people, especially women, to report visions of Nkai. Some of these children prophesy for some period of time and a few gain a reputation for prophecy throughout their lives. Besides these spontaneous prophets, Samburu have ritual diviners, or Shamans, called 'loibonok' who divine the causes of individual illnesses and misfortune, and guide warriors.
The Samburu have been in a somewhat defensive position with surrounding peoples moving around them. They have had clashes with some of the migrating or nomadic peoples. They have maintained a military and cultural alliance with the Rendille, largely in response to pressures from the expanding Oromo since the 16th century. The Ariaal Rendille have even adopted the Samburu language. They do not have such an aggressive military character as the Maasai proper
Between the age of about 15 and 30, young Samburu men are traditionally known as Morans. After the circumcision ceremony the Samburu boys enter the age grade "moran", the Maasai word for "warrior". During this life stage they live separated in the bush or they move to special Moran manyattas. They learn the tribal customs and develope their strength, courage and endurance. The Morans stop cutting their hair at the age of 15. They dye their long hair with red ochre and also decorate themselves with necklaces and feathers.

Samburu girls are also circumcised. It's a very important rite and it signifies becoming a woman. Once circumcised, a girl/woman can be given away in an arranged marriage to start her own family. Sadly, this practice has seen girls as young as 12 years old get married to men old enough to be their grandfathers. In recent times, however, concerted efforts by the Kenyan government and non-governmental organizations have remarkably reduced the number of cases where Samburu and Pokot females are circumcised and forced into an early marriage. This has enabled many girls to attain an education.

Samburu history is intertwined with that of Kenya's other Nilotic tribes. Samburus are known to have originated from Sudan, settling north of Mount Kenya and south of Lake Turkana in Kenya's Rift Valley area. Upon their arrival in Kenya in the 15th century, the Samburu parted ways with their Maasai cousins, who moved further south while the Samburu moved north. The Samburu were not very affected by British colonial rule since the British did not find their land particularly attractive.

Jumping to woo a woman in Kenya 🇰🇪
The images aren't photoshopped They are images of the Samburu tribe in Kenya, during their jumping competition.
It's more like a mating dance, a way for the young samburu men who just became warriors to show their strength with the hope of winning a bride.
