Here are ways young people can build themselves financially and personal growth wise not just ladies even your account balance is empty.

1. Go to youtube and learn about Sales & Marketing to start practicing doing "dropshipping"or "Affiliate marketing" let me explain briefly.

a. Dropshipping is simply find out business owners you can help sell their products or services and earn a commission in percentage %.

Business owners love people who can help them reach more customers and increase sales.

b. Affiliate marketing is a business model where you connect buyers and sellers as a middleman earning commissions as well.

Furthermore, as an affiliate marketer, you also need to learn sales and marketing, social media marketing, Copywriting, email marketing etc.

In mastering Affiliate marketing, you have the opportunity to be good in other digital skills as I mentioned above, and charge people differently as a service apart from selling other people's products or services running an agency.

So let's take for instance, you learn how to cook or bake from buying a ₦300 cookbook and practice with the little you have, so the quantity don't matter now but the quality.

And from this, you start marketing your expertise to your WhatsApp contacts and before you know it, if you're serious and consistent, you start getting orders before you start advertising on social media to reach more people.

You can start from making sumptuous chinchin package it properly and sell.

I know a 15 year old girl making crazy figures doing this in my city Owerri.

For you, it can be fruit juice business, zobo etc.

3. If can start from your area by running errands for people who don't have time to do it themselves like going to the open market to get food stuffs, laundry, cleaning and charge them for that.

Don't save for Rainy Day and die during the Rainy Day!

Recently, I sold one of my houses and a few other of my many real estate properties but before I tell you why, I want you to imagine this scenario “Have you ever at any point in time have to sell something valuable just so you can use the money to start up something else “?
As many of you with crypto knowledge know FTX went bankrupt and many of us were affected directly or indirectly through their other affiliates who used them.
Unfortunately again we've been in a bear 🐻 market that has refused to go away. 😆
So selling crypto holdings at this time is a NO NO. And I only keep survival cash because I hate banks keeping my Money. I invest all my money at anytime.

Ok so i have this 25 hectares of Land I bought in Enugu State where I come from, I bought this property 3 years ago to build an estate; a tech city I envision to be the biggest community of techies in Africa.
So I have been postponing the stone laying ceremony of this project for the past one year hoping Bitcoin will rise soon so I can sell some and cash out to start this project on the Land I already purchased but Bitcoin hasn’t rised so I started nursing the Thoughts of selling some of my choice properties houses & land to the extent I even considered selling choicest of all properties I own.
We all know everyone wants to keep Their real estate properties to handover to their kids and maybe the grand kids 😆 don't we all?
😆.
So finally I decided to talk to one of my favorite mentors and he told me exactly what I used as the caption of this post “Don't save for Rainy Day and die during the Rainy Day!”!
When I asked him what he meant, he explained further and said “Many People Stay broke because they Dont know how to Generate wealth by letting go of some of the Wealth they already have.
Hmmm that hit me because why will i be looking for $700k to start a new project that has potential to make me $100M when I can easily sell a few properties I already own to raise such Money and get started with my latest venture .
Mhen 💭 He went ahead and told me how some people will have to even sell what they own & pay to learn a skill that can help them make more Money.

I remember one of the top earners in my inner circle told me he did same. That he sold something valuable to pay me to get the trading knowledge.

After speaking with my Mentor I decided I will sell anything I have to sell to achieve my aim because at the end of the day I am just moving investments from A to B and not selling to buy clothes, shoes or bags.

Finally, all he was trying to make me understand was that days will come where you have to give up $1,000 to make $10,000 but sadly many persons will rather hold on to that $1,000 and die in stagnation!

So while you save for Rainy days don’t die during the Rainy days!

At first, they ridiculed the Founders of the idea, nobody believed that it was possible for such an idea to flourish.

Today Nexflix subscribers are in their hundreds of millions. What was the foundational secret to their success?

THEY HAD A DIFFERENTIATION STRATEGY.

Folake, most businesses don’t have a good answer to this important question: What makes you different from the others?

What the average business owner knows and says is, "we sell high quality products" "we have great customer service".

No! The above are the basic requirements in any good business, they don’t present any special unique benefits to the customer.

Another common one is, "we have the best prices in town". Folake! You are not the only person with low prices, and if you plan to compete based on price rather than value, you are fighting a lost battle, because only one person can win the price war.

There are many ways to stand out from the competition. Here are a few examples.

1. Find out the problems that frustrates people the most about the existing solutions in your space, and solve that with your own products.

Flutterwave is a good example of this, they create products to solve specific problems in the Nigerian market.

2. Focus on serving a section of your industry that others aren’t serving.

Chioma my best friend is a great example of this.

While most accountants look for big businesses to work for, Chioma focused on training SMEs to track and manage their business funds without needing to know advanced accounting.

Today, my best friend is the most successful and most influential accountant for SMEs in Nigeria having served over than 10,000 small businesses

3. Focus your product or service to serve a portion of a larger market. Make sure though that this portion is large enough to allow your customer base to grow.

For example, instead targeting all married couples , why not focus on serving young couples who are within 1-10 years of marriage?

4. Create unique and enticing offers around your products or service by adding bonuses that others aren’t adding.

5. Create unique and memorable buying experiences around the ownership of your products or usage of your services. Luxury brands, 5 Star Hotels, resorts use this particular strategy.

Dare to be different, the more unique you are the more money you will make.

To achieve our goals, we need to change our behavior, we need to work on small things, and become a better version of ourselves.

It's about you developing new and necessary habits and eliminating unhealthy and unproductive ones. You probably have so many distractions that you hardly know what’s important.

KNOW THIS! Achieving what you want is possible!

But, you need to fall in love with consistency and self-improvement. You will then start taking a step each day toward reaching your goals.

Here is a list of 7 habits you need to eliminate that stop you from achieving your goals:

1️⃣ Perfectionism

A good plan executed now is better than a perfect plan executed next week. Just start and be grateful for what you already have, and then start to feel the abundance. After this, you will realize you have the power to turn it into something more.

2️⃣ Failure

We have a wrong perception of what failure is these days. It’s not a bad idea to try again when you fail at a particular point of your Journey to success and a step you need to take more than once. It's proof that you're trying.

3️⃣ Focusing on the result

I know you’re eager to reach your goals but keep your eyes on the prize. Play the long game, success doesn't happen overnight. Focus on the long-term annuity.

4️⃣ Excuses

You may often hear yourself say some of the following: I’m not ready, it's not the right time, I'm too old/young, I don't have enough time. When that happens, stop and reflect on why you’re saying this.

Realize that your mind is tricky and prefers to stay in its comfort zone, doing the same old activities and tasks on autopilot, and not try anything new. That is why it’s making up all these excuses, that can often sound quite convincing.

Your job is to eliminate them, immediately. If you believe these excuses – you’ll never do anything different with your life and will never see the things you desire come true.

5️⃣ Procrastination

The only cure for procrastination is to start doing something immediately, without thinking and giving your mind time to come up with excuses.

6️⃣ Distractions

These are pleasant, but time-wasting, activities. And you’ll often feel that life is unfair because others have so much time, that's BS. Be mindful of your dead time, and stop wasting it.

CHOOSE to work on your goals and strive for a better life, while others prefer the easier way of living – indulging in activities that only bring temporary happiness.

7️⃣ Lack of consistency

This is a big one. Whatever you do, do it 5 - 7 times a week. You won’t see any progress without consistency. Find the will to get up and do it, even if you don't feel like it.

You don't get what you want or what you think you deserve. You get exactly what you work for, what you focus on, and what you take action on every single day.

You would be shocked how much cash you have wasted, just by not saving up anything.

Yes! It's true. Most of us today are broke, not because you don't work to earn or don't have a busines make profits, but because you don't understand the power of savings and investment no matter how.
