Powerful and Outstanding as the Nigerian Students legislative Council summit comes to an end with most Students legislative Leaders past and present across the country were in attendance in Ebonyi State.

The Chairman of the Occasion Dr Ajanwachukwu Dean of EBSU who as well represented the Vice Chancellor used the opportunity to appreciate as well welcome NSLC to their Institution and as well said it was a privilege hosting the Body.

The Imo State NANS JCC Chairman Comr Joy Gerrald who was the formal South East Coordinator of NSLC and formal SUG Speaker of Imo State Polytechnic was ushered in to talk on the topic
" STUDENTS LEGISLATORS AS A BRIDGE TO LEGISLATIVE GAP"

Present was SA to the Governor Ebonyi State on Students matter,
Senior Comr of Ebonyi State Comr Majesty
Comr Olisa Nwuruku Alfred NANS Zone B Director Special Duties,
Registrar of EBSU well represented, SUG Presidents in Ebonyi State,
SA to Ebonyi State Government on Waste management, Speaker Ebonyi State House of Assembly etc.

It was a beautiful moment in Ebonyi.

For hardship can't give way for peace

Nation free from corruption is our mission
Our government are trying to implement it
Guys are on the run from SARS and EFCC
Yet collapse is legal in National Assembly
With a displeasure that DSS arrested EFCC.

The fire burns and Hero's dies rising the Nation

Today, am delighted to felicitate with my good friend Comr Ohaekelem Kingsley Uche, the SUG president 13th republic, Imo state Polytechnic Umuagwo as he adds another year to his age today.
I have known him for some time now and I can confidently say he is worth the position given to him by the students of Imo poly as their president.
He is a true leader who has the interest of his followers at heart.

Meeting you has been a great experience and I pray that the good Lord give you the grace to explore and soar higher.

*The vision; Youth O' Clock*

The youths as we've come to believe are the leaders of tomorrow. They are the ones to diplomatically dethrone any negative audacity as regards to poor leadership capacity and detectors. They are the ones poised with the charisma to facilitate positive change(s) in areas of interest in LGA's , States, and Nation at large.
They youths are tasked with the responsibility of Rebuilding, Reconstructing, Restructuring, Repositioning and Rehabilitating all dilapidated areas in governance and government.
But how sad it is to know that the said leaders of tomorrow are nowhere to be found in the leadership of today.
There's total decadence in governance as a result of the fact that father's who should play advisory role are now occupying the place of the vibrant and capacitated youths in the political fields.
It's quite obnoxious, it causes hullabaloo in places where there's supposed to be absolute tranquility.

The question is......WHY???

The reason is simple, many youths have decided to relax within their comfort zones. They don't see reasons for active and representative participation in the system of government and leadership.
They don't want to be tutored to Excellence in other to poses the arsenal of occupying strategic position(s).

These anomalies informed the great vision *YOUTH O CLOCK* that's always on the lips of Rt Hon Emeka Ikedi

It's a vision that encourages youth participation and positioning in conducive places in government.
It's a vision for youth political empowerment.

It's a vision that reminds the so called leaders of tomorrow that our tomorrow starts today.
Like a famous quote says;
*_Yesterday is gone, tomorrow has not yet come, we have only Today, so let's begin_*

Today is the day of the youths to rise up for the occasion for a better positive and working Imo State cm Nigeria.

That's the mandate, That's the Vision, That's the Message.
