I don't know who wants to hear this, but, work in total silence. Your results will speak for you.

You are still work in progress therefore put in the work and trust the process. You have immense potential. Don't lose momentum, your better days are coming.

Be ruthless in pursuit of your goals. Never allow distractors and petty cynics to derail your momentum. Their aim is to drag you and deflate your velocity.

None of them knows the story of your rock- bottom. Don't tolerate them. FOCUS.

Believe in yourself. Keep knocking, the door will open. Have a laser focus momentum, your better days are coming.

If things are bad, they're temporary. If you are struggling, it's temporary.

The pain you are experiencing is temporary. It is a season, it will pass. No suffering lasts forever. Hang in there, keep looking up!

As long as you’re still breathing there’s still hope. Never ever give up.

Life includes suffering, like pain and eventually death. Suffering is created by wanting or craving something. Happiness can be achieved by overcoming suffering.

Nothing can stick on a man who has gone through hell and back.

Nothing can shake a man who has been into the deepest rock bottom and out. He has met and fought the vilest brimstones. Be this resilient man! For your woman and children.

Lastly, do not belittle or demean a man who picked you when you were deep in the pits. Respect that man.

Even if you disagree in the future, remain respectful.

Remember he pulled you out of the rock bottom when everyone else ran away from you.
