THE LION AND ITS ATTRIBUTES IN RELATION TO A CONFIDENT PERSON🦁

Growing up as a child, even just the name 'lion' made me nearly jump out of my skin😂.

Lion 🦁 is one of the most dreaded animals I have ever known and he has some peculiar attributes associated with him such as:

•Focus
•Courage/Bravery
•Strength
•Leadership

These attributes are not because he is the tallest, fastest, strongest, or even the fattest animal but his attitude towards his goals was what differentiated him from other animals and gave him the name, ' King of the Jungle'.

***The first is this. Lion is so focused at what he wants and desires📌.

How did I know💭?

I got to know from my little observation whilst watching the National Geographic Wildlife (an animal world TV station).

You need to see how this particular animal called Lion is so focused and targeted, once he sets his eyes on a particular animal which is to be his prey, he chases after him, he might skip all other animals just for his target and then never stops till he catches his prey.

This is the number one attitude every confident person possesses. A confident person with a lion's mentality keeps focus on his/her goal. You are not derailed by the so many distractions around. You keep your eye on your goal and keep pursuing it until you you take hold of it.

***The second attribute of a lion is COURAGE. Courage isn't the absence of fear, it is going for what your heart desires despite the fears.

This is the attitude that makes him the king of the jungle.

Our attitude is our altitude. The height we will be able to reach in life is dependent on our attitude in the face of trials, difficulties, insults, etc.

The lion goes for whatever animal it desires despite the type of animal it is; so this attitude makes other animals dread it.

A confident person is a person who can face his/her fears. One who can surmount all barriers to get to his/her destination.

***The third attribute is
STRENGTH.
A lion only believes in his strength, he strongly overlooks his weaknesses because he does have weaknesses. He overlooks them and that's why every time he emerges, he appears with strength.

This is the character of confident people. They use their strengths against their weaknesses. They don't settle or hide themselves in a shell called 'weakness'. They discover their strength and with that, they conquer and fly. That's why they always appear as people full of strength without fear.

***The fourth attribute is LEADERSHIP
Remember, the animals didn't gather for any meeting to make the lion their leader, but it was the above 3 attributes that qualified him as their leader.

Something unique about the leadership attribute of a lion is that he has a mind of his own. He doesn't just do what the crowd does because everyone is doing it. He does things because they are right and they are what he needs.

A confident person with the lion's leadership attribute is someone with his own mind. He is not confused as to what is to be done nor is he seen following every new trend or step, just to fit in. He only goes for what he wants and that makes him stand out among his contemporaries.

P.S: For our purpose & destiny to be fulfilled in life or for us to achieve any set-goal in life, then, our attitude must be altered and reshaped to be like the lion's attitude.

We are unstoppable if our attitude keeps at being focused, courageous and confident.

Everything good is worth trying and worth doing💖.

My journey as a video editor has been a beautiful one and will continue to be. I humbly thank God for making me a certified Video editor this day.

I so much appreciate the chief editor @ Iruoma Ezeh for taking out time to tutor her students all that basic video editing entails.

The sweetest part of it was the imbibed knowledge 📕 and the money 💵 🤑🤩 I started making even as a student.

Omo, e no dey easy (it was not easy). I remembered vividly how I edited a particular video for 7 to 8 times at a stretch. She made sure I did it in a professional way and the outcome of this video granted me access into something great which I didn't pay for.

Who bribed you into believing that the journey to greatness of any endeavour is easy🤔🤨? My dear, o kporo akpo (it is hard).
