To Only Entrepreneurship-minded People.

*Are you a Problem-solver or Solution-provider?*

When you solve a problem,you have taken away pain. Problem solving involves waiting for things to get bad before fixing them. When you solve a problem, you are not necessarily bringing in something new. You have just succeeded in bringing it to its original nature. For example,if your phone screen breaks, when you take it to the phone repairer,he only removes the damaged one and replaces it with a new one. Thus, you have your phone back the same way it's originally, nothing changed.

Problem solving is more of a reactive exercise. Our creative mind is not at its best function when we wait for things to get bad before we start solving them. Unfortunately, this is the way most people live their lives and run their organization. It's time to leave this school of thought. Stop waiting for something bad to happen before you can start using your brain.

On the other hand, *solution-providing* involves taking what is working and making it better. Here, you don't have to wait until things get bad, instead, you are bringing in more efficient way to make what is already working, work better.

For example, people are normally taking Jamb exams after their senior secondary School,in order to enter into the university. As you can see, this has been the way it is. *How To Reduce Unemployment Drastically In Nigeria*

Corruption and neglect of our natural resources are among the major cause of unemployment in our country. *And human brain is one of the most neglected natural resources.* If we start giving attention to the creative power of the brain,we will see great difference in our economy.

For our country to be better and unemployment reduced, government and private sectors must work in synergy to make this happen.

If you buy a car for the first time, you must learn how to drive it in a secluded place.No matter how wealthy or intelligent you are *you don't learn how to drive on the express, otherwise you will not live to tell the story.* Thus,by learning how to drive from a mentor, you avoid untold story that touch.

*Unemployment is on the increase in our country today because young people were not prepared to succeed from the start through mentorship, before they entered into the university.Allowing the child to enter into the university without passing through a mentorship program is like learning how to drive a car on the express. You can imagine the results.* University is an environment, filled with unlimited freedom. And for the past 10-18 years,a child has been living on the the decisions of the parents and teachers. Now he wants to enter into the university,he supposed to be mentored on decision-making and self-awareness. If this is the case, does it not suggest we give great attention to knowing the natural abilities of the child before going into the university?

There's a gap in our educational system which has not been filled and as long as that has not been filled,we will keep having graduates who studied what is mostly not in line with their natural strengths and so unemployment and moral decadence will continue to be on the increase.

*Two Types of Assets*

We have two types of assets and they're:
👉 soft assets and
👉hard assets.

*Soft assets* include your:
👉 skills
👉talents
👉 mindset
👉belief system.
No one can take or steal them away from you.

*Hard assets* include your:
👉landed property
👉 house
👉 cash
👉stocks
Etc.
Any of these can be stolen from you.

*Which is more important,soft or hard assets?*
Soft assets are more important. Hard assets are the brain child of the former.

In as much as soft assets are more important than hard assets,most people are willing to invest in hard assets and are unwilling to invest in soft assets. For example, people can comfortably pay * * to buy a piece of land, but find it extremely difficult to invest * * in knowledge that develops the soft assets. Also, people are willing to pay a million naira house rent but find it difficult to pay for knowledge that will offer great value to them.
Etc. We give more attention to hard assets and forget the fact that it is the soft assets that actually gave birth to the hard assets.

*How do you develop soft assets?*
You develop them by acquiring knowledge relevant to your natural strengths. There's no way you can achieve more success if you are not investing in self-development. How much have you planned to invest in knowledge this year? How much did you invest in yourself last year? Did you just say nothing? And tomorrow you start to blame everyone around for your lack of achievement.

You see, *wealth creation is your ability to convert your soft assets into commercial values of product and services for those who can afford it and from the profit help those who can't afford it*. Reality is, you can't convert anything if you don't have the necessary knowledge.

Start now to invest intentionally in self-development. This month alone, I have spent on online courses relevant to my soft assets. Get a mentor and be willing to learn. And Proverbs 13v18 echoes : *Someone who will not learn will be poor and disgraced*.

In the light of the above therefore, give great attention to your soft assets, invest in developing them. The results may not be immediate. You may even be misunderstood because you have no hard assets to show. But I tell you: keep believing in your self, in the process and this will eventually bring you all the hard assets you can ever think about.

*Two Types of Poverty*

*Poverty trap*
When you are in a job,a venture of any kind that doesn't allow you to think,it doesn't give you any mental space to allow you think about how you can nurture an idea you can use to drive your personal vision,then you are in *Poverty trap*, the amount of money they pay you here notwithstanding.

*Poverty Line*
When you are in a job that pays you for an instance, *5M* per month, but your living expenses per month is * #4.5M*, which means,if you are sacked from the job today, you are going down immediately, hence you are living on thin edge. And that is *poverty Line*. Check your self here.

Success doesn't come from making money. Success comes from learning how things work. When you know how things work, you make great fortune because you have the knowledge. And Proverbs 13v18 echoes: *Someone who will not learn will be poor and disgraced*. How much do you pay for knowledge?

For the past 10-18 years, the child is living on the decisions of his parents and teachers,he has not taken any major decisions in his life. Now he is about to enter into the University, where he will face a world of decision making. There's a great need for an intermediary platform that can prepare the child on how to cope well in the university, before they actually enter.

*A Sign of a Miserable Life*

Most people prefer spending their money in things that only improve their physical outlook and find it difficult and seemingly unreasonable to spend to acquire knowledge that will improve their mindset, making them achieve more.

When you do not know what is happening to you, it is called a *problem*. But when you know, it is called *challenge*. It ceases to be a problem. Life is all about repetition. You do today, what you have done yesterday. You come across the same Bible reading you have read the previous year. You come across the same seasons, you have experienced the previous year. Etc.

So, do not kill your self, trying to impress anyone. As life is constantly presenting us with what we have already experienced, without minding whether we like it or not,may we constantly remain original in our actions. Be your self so you can be easily recognized.

*3 Things We Desire As Long As Money Is Concerned*

As long as making money is concerned, everyone wants:
👉 To be secure
👉 To be comfortable
👉 To be rich.

Listen carefully, how much we will experience each of the above depends on its arrangement according to priority. Whatever tops the list of our scale of preference, receives the most attention, focus and energy.

Pay attention. Most people on Earth, I mean 90% , will not be rich just because of the above arrangement. See the reason.

Those who prioritize security, and comfort think more about job security and organizational promotion. *In reality,job security equals scarcity of funds*. This is deep. Try to understand this now it has been simplified. If you're not reading this with an open mind, you will be overpowered by emotions. Those in this circle, don't want to engage in anything that will take them out of their comfort zone. Thus, they remain here for decades hoping to be rich some day.

In their quest to be rich,they still want it to be easy. This is why they are mostly victims of Ponzi schemes, sports bet and the like. They want high output with little or no effort. In the end,they lose everything: they'll not be financially secure nor comfortable as they were made to believe. Of course becoming rich will remain a dream for them. According to Robert Kiyosaki,in his classic: " _Guide to Investing"_ states that we have two problems of money:

Now listen,those whose priority thinking is captured in the arrangement above will experience the problem of *not enough money*, their position in organization notwithstanding.

At this point, financial security and comfortability will naturally fall in place. However, don't expect it to be easy. *Ease is a great threat to human excellence and manifestation*

It wasn't easy when Mark Zukerberg left school to make Facebook a reality. It wasn't easy when Mike Adenuga started Glo. It wasn't easy when Innoson started his car manufacturing company etc. But today, are they financially secured? Are they financially comfortable? You get the point right?

So,you see, it's either you work hard now so that your life will be easy tomorrow or you work easy now and your life will be hard tomorrow.

Have the mindset of entrepreneur. Think to be rich. Create the path of richness in your mind first. You can't see in reality what never existed in your mind. Build from within.

It's true that you are putting in efforts now and nothing is there to show for them. Keep it up 💪. The world may laugh at you now, but keep it up 💪.
