ASAGUNLA EULOGIZE HON. OLUBUNMI TUNJI-OJO ON HIS INAUGURATION AS MINISTER OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA

The CEO of Wasagun International and The Odofin Ogbooye of Afa Okeagbe, Evangelist Olumuyiwa Asagunla, has congratulated Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, on his inauguration as Minister of the Federal Republic by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo who was representing Akoko North Federal Constituency at the Lower Chamber of the National Assembly between 2019 and 2023 was sworn in as the Minister of Interior, alongside others in Abuja on Monday,21st August, 2023.

Evangelist Asagunla in a congratulatory message, described Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo's appointment as a recognition of his statesmanship, steadfastness and exemplary character.

Evangelist Asagunla who described Hon Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo as a man of class, character and courage, said he had no doubt that the new Minister will bring his wealth of experience, extensive contacts and managerial skills to bear on the new assignment.

ONDO NNPP ASSEMBLY CANDIDATE, OLUWASEYI KOLAWOLE RESIGNS.

The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) candidate for House of Assembly in Akoko North West Constituency 1 in Ondo state in the last general election, Hon. Oluwaseyi Joseph Kolawole has resigned from the party.

His resignation was contained in a letter he personally signed and dated 17th of May, 2023.
Kolawole came third in the keenly contested house of assembly election.

He has not given any reason for his resignation.

IT IS TIME,WE UNMASK THE MASK.

This is sequel to the action of some retrogressive leaders that are parading themselves as progressive leaders in Akoko North-West Constituency 2.
The conspicuousness of the rigid and thoughtless anti-party they grossly embarked on in the last gubernatorial and state assembly elections that took place on the 18th of March,2023, is punishable.
The first outing of a frog always mesmerized onlookers. People must admire it. The beauty will blind fold them. They will never think of the nature of its acidic destruction. This is an epitome of whom Hon. Raheed Badmus is.
He was appointed as the DG in the last election through “back door”. He publicly voted against the candidate he campaigned for.
A party leader in his unit said “Am I dreaming? Why will Hon. Rasheed voted for PDP and shown it publicly for everybody to see. This is too childish and unhumane”.
The man quoted above nearly cried. It is under this party that he, HON. RAHEED BADMUS served as two times commissioner under the administration of Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu. He was first appointed as commissioner for mineral resource and later reappointed as commissioner for urban and regional planning. This made him the most benefitted person among APC members in constituency 2. It is quite unfortunate that he didn’t respect party structure and party supremacy. Though, the Governor himself regretted given him such a huge portfolio.

His associates include: HON. ADETIMEYIN JOSEPH, HON. ESAN OWOLABI,OTUNBA KALI AFE,HON. ADEMOLA IJABIYI,HON. AWE AZEES. Above people are the master minds of anti-party activity in the last election. They all worked against our great party, APC. It is very funny and hilarious that the above enemy of the party are claiming they will produce the next executive chairman of the council.
If HON. ESAN OWOLABI AND PEOPLE LIKE OJO PERIN had supported PRINCE DAYO BELO,HON. SOKOTO ARAOYINBO AND COMRADE OSANYIN TUYI SAMSON, we would have succeded at ISALẸ IRUN WARD, rather,they did otherwise.

PDP(PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC PARTY) members are not up to one thousand in this constituency. But people above that have been well fed from the party, used our resources to work against us. They are the real enemy within.

HON. RASHEED BADMUS shared 15million remaining campaign money with those people. They all used it to worked against APC in the last election. In just a month appointment as the DG, Hon. Rasheed Badmus (Former Commissioner) and his associates have done the party more harm than good. Their corrupt act deprived media team that was so active during the campaign their benefits(PCC). Thanks to Hon Ife Ehindero. He was able to managed his team well. Even,the good boys in Akoko North-West stormed his house at Afin three days ago to collect their money.

We appreciate the firmness and loyalty of the following people in the last election : PRINCE DAYO BELLO, HON. SOKOTO,HON. JIDE,BABA AKINTOLA, ALHAJI OLORUNTOBA among others.

We hereby call on the party leaders at the state level and national level to do the needful before it is late. Lots of party loyalists are beginning to ask some questions that are capable of causing havock for the party in the constituency. Some of the questions are:
Is anti-party no longer a punishable offence in the party as it is stipulated in the party constitution? Why should offenders still parade themselves as party members?

Though, some of them will still truculent that they didn’t engage in anti-party activity in the last election. The state leaders should please do not invite the anti-party perpetrators alone, other loyal party leaders should be invited as witness.

IF TRULY,THE ABOVE ANTI-PARTY MEMBERS ARE TRUE MEMBERS: THEY SHOULD PRODUCE THEIR UNITS RESULTS IN THE LAST ELECTION.

ANTI-PARTY ACTIVITIES: ESE/AFIN WARD 9 ALL PROGRESSIVE CONGRESS (APC) SUSPENDS HON. RASHEED BADMUS AND HIS COHORTS.

Following the resolution of Ese/Afin ward 9 Excos and authentic APC members meeting held on the 27th of March,2023,at Ese/Afin,in Akoko North-West,Ondo State. We hereby suspend the membership of these under listed members from the ward indefinitely on the ground of insubordination, perpetual gross misconduct, unguided statement which are capable of debilitating, demeaning and belittling the integrity of our great party APC ( All Progressive Congress).

The former commissioner Hon. Rasheed Badmus voted in his unit at Afin Akoko and shown it to everybody that he voted for PDP against his party where he has benefited immersely.
In accordance with the provision of the Constitution of our great party,All Progressive Congress (APC) . Article 21:2,item (ii) stated that:
“ Anti-party activities or any conduct, which is likely to embarrass or have adverse effect on the party or bring the party into hatred, contempt, ridicule or disrespute”.

It is on this note we come to conclusion that :
1. The affected members should not parade themselves as members of the party APC (All Progressive Congress)
2. They should step down from their various offices with immediate effect.
3. They have all been suspended indefinitely.

AKOKO NORTH WEST PDP LEADER DECAMP TO APC.

Another set of hundreds of People's Democratic Party (PDP) members has decamped to the All Progressive Congress (APC) at Ogbagi,Akoko North West in Ondo State.

Hon. Adeboro Onibalusi,former State Youth Leader of the Alliance for Democracy (AD),former governing board member and later the acting Chairman of National Cereal research Institute,Badegi Niger State,former Special assistant to Deputy DG presidential campaign(Good Luck support group),former Caretaker committee member of Akoko North West Local Government,former state Coordinator of KWANKASSO Presidential Campaign Committee(Kwankwassiya movement),former PDP Presidential Campaign Council member(Ondo State Chapter) led the party members to collapse it's structure in Akoko North West Constituency 2.

On the ground to receive the PDP decampees are; Hon. Kehinde Obanla, Akoko North West APC Chairman, Evangelist Olumuyiwa Asagunla,the Odofin Ogbooye of Afa Okeagbe, a Party Leader and a Chieftain in the Country, Alhaji Oloruntoba, Elder Ayodele Akande, Akoko North West Local government Chairman, Hon. Pillar among others.

Speaking at the event, Onibalusi said PDP is a shaky party for anybody. In view of this,we decided to leave the party because they are not ready to serve Nigeria. We are the pillars of PDP in Akoko North West and to the glory of God Almighty, we have pulled down the structures.

While receiving the decampees, Hon. Kehinde Obanla charged them to go back to their various polling units and canvass votes for APC in the coming house of assembly election after which everyone departed to their various destinations.
