I'm Glad today to sit in my inner Chambers and write this felicitative epistle to you my Leader. Knowing that today births your Existence in Bayelsa and in the world at large gives me Great Joy and Fulfillment because a change is come to Humanity and Society. Just like the scripture says in reference to Zion " Before her pain came, Zion Travels".
Let me first take a walk down the lane of History Retrospectively. I gained admission into University of Africa Toru-orua as a very young lad still in his teen, The University was a New Baby and so we pioneered her existence. The Student community was without form and Void of Leadership and Platforms for service and Creativity. As a Young Year one Student who had so much interest in Leadership than even Good grades, received this peculiar burning desire to ensure that Students Leadership platforms like the likes of SUG, NUBSS, NUIS, NIDSUG, FUSIS and the Rest Platfotms which are breeding and growing grounds for young University Lads for Leadership are formed and constituted in the University of Africa Toru-orua.
This Desire enables me forfeit my lessons and classes and I took this Campaign of Formation to the Federal University Otueke, During her NUBSS Cultural Day Celebration (2017) organised by Comr. James Profit Taylor Led NUBSS FUO Chapter Executives as it then was. It was in that occasion I met this Young, Handsome, Innocent, Humble and Immaculate looking Young Leader, ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ซ. ๐๐๐ง๐ง๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐๐จ๐, Then He was Electoral Committee Chairman, NUBSS Worldwide during the Reign of Comr. ๐๐ณ๐ฎ ๐
๐ซ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ค ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ as President NUBSS Worldwide. After the occasion there was a stakeholders gathering in one of the popular sit-out locations at Otueke. Stakeholders, Serving Leaders, Emerging Leaders, Intending Leaders and Students of like mind Gathered together in fraternity, Deliberations bugging Student Development and Comradeship was discussed, those Aspiring to be one thing or the other also declared their interest, Particularly Comr. Adogoin Jehovah-nissi II who was Contesting the office of President NUBSS FUO Chapter.
In that great gathering of Student Leaders, the likes of Comr. Cmr Duoduo Simeon Ebi was also in attendance. I took the Bold step to stand up and campaigned the Need why ๐๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฎ-๐จ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ as a New Baby Needs Student Leadership Platforms and breeding grounds for the Young University Lads to learn, Serve and grow in Leadership. The then NUBSS National President, Comr. ๐๐ณ๐ฎ ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ Took interest of the matter and Later took me to his hometown (Kolo Community in ogbia) where I spent about two days deliberating and carving out possible ways to constitute NUBSS in UAT. The Following week after that encounter with the NUBSS National Leadership, Comr. Ozu Fredrick ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ led a powered Packed Delegation of Leaders to visit our University at the Bulou orua Campus, Comr. ๐๐๐ง๐ง๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐๐จ๐, ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ซ. Ipogi Daniel King was also in that NUBSS National Delegation to UAT. That was my first encounter with this man called ๐๐๐ง๐ง๐๐ญ๐ก.(5 man steering committee was set up to constitute NUBSS and today we have NUBSS UAT Chapter in Operations).
๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐๐, We became friends and allies in the Student community of Bayelsa State, That Same year or the next we became colleagues in ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ where he served then as Director Action and Mobilisation while myself was Treasurer in the Comr. Asiawari Benedicta led Executives. Later in Politics, we still worked today again in PDP Student Wing as colleagues, He served as State Coordinator while myself was Secretary Southern Ijaw Chapter. I have worked and still working very closely with him as a Student Stakeholder in NANS even uptil now while he is still serving as Chairman NANS JCC ๐๐๐.
๐๐๐ง๐ง๐๐ญ๐ก, You are Dogged, Rugged, Blessed, Humble, Consistent, Foresighted, Visionary, Dependable, Supportive, Innovative, Loveable, Resourceful, Committed to course, Entrepreneuaral, Wise, Tactical and a Practical Leader. I love your style of Leadership and I envy your pattern of Building Meaningful Relationships across Board. You are the Best Chairman NANS JCX BYS have ever had in History. Your Zeal and Passion to Advance the Educational Standard of Nigerian Students is Sine Qua non. Your level of Productive engagements with Government, Critical Stakeholders, Large Scale Businesses and Opinion Leaders which has Rebranded NANS in Bayelsa is worthy of Emulation.
This epistle is written on the occasion of your Natal Anniversary to felicitate and Commend you to Greatness and so therefore I pray today, That God Almighty will continue to grant you the Grace of enablement to do great exploits and soar high in all your endeavours of life, Especially in Leadership and Business.
