Once upon a time in an old Japanese village, there was a smart man who owned a well, but he didn't use it, so he decided to sell it to a nearby farmer. One day, when he passed by and saw the farmer pumping water from the well for cooking, watering flowers, raising livestock, etc., the smart man immediately stopped him and did not allow him to pump water from the well.

"I only sold you the well, I didn't sell you the water. Therefore, you cannot take water from this well," the smart man spoke up.

The farmer was very sad and didn't know what to do. He had bought the well, but he hadn't paid for the water from the well. Now the well was full of water, but he couldn't use it, while his whole family, flowers, and livestock all needed clean water from this well.

After thinking for a long time about how to resolve the issue with the smart man, the farmer decided to bring it up to the district court, hoping to get justice. At the court, the farmer recounted the story from beginning to end, hiding nothing, in order to get justice for his family.

The district judge called the smart man up and asked, "Why don't you let him use the water in the well? Didn't you sell the well?"

"Well, your honor, I only sold the well to this farmer, I didn't sell him the water in it. Therefore, he has no right to take water from my property. Now, if he wants to take water, he has to pay more to buy the water," the smart man replied, firmly believing in his argument.

The district judge looked at the smart man, smiled slightly, and replied, "Oh, you make a good point. However, when you sold the well to this farmer, the well became his property, and the water in the well is still your property. So, you have no right to store water in the farmer's well anymore."

"Now there are only two options: One is that you have to pay the farmer to rent the well for water storage. Two is that you have to remove all the water from the well immediately," the judge looked up at the smart man and asserted fir

A lady went to the Pastor and said🙍🏾 ... "I won’t be attending Church anymore."
He said, "May I ask why??"
She said, "I see people on their cell phones during the service, some are gossiping, some just ain’t living right, they are all just hypocrites."

The Pastor got silent and he said, "Ok... But can I ask you to do something for me before you make your final decision?"
She said, "What’s that?"
He said, "Take a glass of water and walk around the Church 2 times and don’t let any water fall out the glass."
She said, "Yes I can do that."
She came back and said "It’s done."
He asked her 3 questions:
1. Did you see anybody on their phone?
2. Did you see anybody gossiping?
3. Was anybody living wrong?
She said, "I didn’t see anything because I was so focused on this glass, so the water wouldn’t fall."

He told her, "When you come to Church, you should be just that focused on God, so that you don’t fall.That’s why Jesus said 'Follow me.' He did not say follow Christians. Don’t let your relationship with God be determined by how others relate with God. Let it be determined by how focused YOU are on GOD."

Run your Race because at the end of it all, you will give an account of your life, not others' lives.

MEN AND $€X.

Medically, men lose 12% of their blood sugar during every round of séx, they also lose 10% of their protein level and also lose 10% of their calorie level. Worse still is, you also lose 15% of your natural energy.

What do ladies lose?
Only 5% of their water level.......

So If you hear FASTER or HARDER or GIVE IT TO ME, my brother just runaway.

However, for every round of séx you also loose MONEY, either through POSTPAID or PREPAID.

I also recall that a Pharmacist friend of mine who told me some years ago that with every round of good séx A man looses food values of nutrients equivalent to his monthly nutrient build up from daily balanced diet of 30 days.

WHAT A SACRIFICE?
And yet they act like they are doing you a favour... It is time we start demanding for maintenance fees from ladies, please.

What is the duty of a
Girlfriend in a relationship

He was paying N9,000,000 (Nine Million naira) yearly for 3 bedroom flat in Maitama, Abuja. It was later increased to 10M and he was paying. No savings. No investment. He's working. He believed and depended on his salary. It will surely be coming.

His argument:

"When you live in the neighborhood of big men, you will behave like big men. You roll with big men. Packaging. You network".

His junior colleagues went to the developing areas like Lugbe, FO1 Kubwa, Ushafa and bought lands in the selling estates there. They used their salary and built to their satisfaction, the kind of house they needed. They also rented the boys quarters and build other commercial houses they rented out.

This man in Maitama was making mockery of those friends of his for living in the outskirts of the city. He said they live in the village and shouldn't claim they are in Abuja.. He always argued that living in the neighborhood of the rich makes you have respect, you network.

Fast forward to the second tenure of Bubu, something happened. The man was sacked. Remember, for the past 10 years, he has been paying rent between 9M to 10M in Maitama when all his mates became landlords.

His rent is expiring next month, no money to renew it or even get another one. He told one of his friends— those he laughed at for staying in the village to give him a flat from his house. He sent him the number of the property lawyer.

"Excuse me. You are my friend. You should give me this for free. You know what I am passing through".

His friend replied him:

"Building materials didn't come to me for free. The land I bought wasn't for free. Please, my house has been handed over to a lawyer. If you need it, call him, he will tell you the price. There are others who need it. I can only convince my lawyer to give it to you because we are friends. So, if you are serious about it, you let me know".

He paused, they paused; both of them paused.

This is not fiction. I know those involved.

Don't forget the present, past, and the future

150 years from now, none of us reading this post today will be alive. 70 percent to 100 percent of everything we are fighting over right now will be totally forgotten. Underline the word, TOTALLY.

If we go back memory lane to 150 years before us, that will be 1872, none of those that carried the world on their heads then are alive today. Almost all of us reading this will find it difficult to picture anybody's face of that era.

Pause for a while and imagine how some of them betrayed their relatives and sold them as slaves for a piece of mirror. Some k*lled family members just for a piece of land or tubers of yam or cowries or for a pinch of salt. Where is the yam, cowries, mirror, or salt that they were using to brag? It may sound funny to us now, but that is how s*lly we humans are sometimes, especially when it comes to money, power or trying to be relevant.

I remember those days in my secondary school, how some people fought and did so many unimaginable things just to have their names shortlisted among those to be made school Prefects. Ordinary school Prefects o! But today nobody in that school right now remembers that I even schooled there despite my popularity then. Now, imagine what happens after 150 years!

Even when you claim the internet age will preserve your memory, take Michael Jackson as an example. Michael Jackson died in 2009, just 13 years ago. Imagine the influence Michael Jackson had all over the world when he was alive. How many young people of today remember him with awe, that is if they even know him? In 150 years to come, his name, when mentioned, will not ring any bell to a lot of people.

Let us take life easy, nobody will get out of this world alive. . . The land you are fighting and ready to kill for, somebody left that land, the person is dead, rotten, and forgotten. That will also be your fate. In 150 years to come, none of the vehicles or phones we are using today to brag will be relev
