It is good to seek help from humans, but it becomes an issue when you give them the place of God in your life. 
 
 
Just as He told King Asa in 2 Chronicles 16, God desires that we depend solely on Him. He wants to be the first person we run to when a need arises. 
 
 
This week, consciously see Him as your helper, and He will never disappoint you.

I love the way God assured the Israelites of His protection in Exodus 14:14.

*[14] The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.*
 
 
Sincerely speaking, we cannot fight for ourselves. We lack the strength and power to overcome those issues that bother us, but thankfully, we have a God who can. 
 
 
Our duty is to have faith in Him while we engage His words in prayer.

Keep doing this, and God will definitely give you rest.

Do you know, according to the *American Dental Association ADA* , its recommended to replace your toothbrush every three (3) months?

Normal wear and tear from brushing break down the BRISTLES( white strands on your brush) and won't remove *debris* from teeth very well.

Do you care for more information? Here you have them

☑️ *Viral/Bacterial* *infections* such as Strep/Sore Throat, are a good reason to switch your old brush.

☑️ *If anyone else uses* your brush by mistake, *get rid of it* it's better safe than sorry

☑️ To avoid *Fungus and bacterial can develop*, ensure your toothbrush is completely dry after each brushing, and stored upright and uncovered.

☑️ *You should brush your teeth at least twice* a day or *immediately after each meal you eat.*

Now, you may want to ask

"How often should I change my toothbrush?"

Ensure you change your brush every *3* *months* to ensure good oral health

Gen. 1:1 tells how God created the earth. Yet in verse 2, He saw an earth without form and void, filled with darkness.
What he did next, is a lesson; He spoke!

When next you find yourself in a situation that looks the opposite of what God has told you, act like He did; speak the word!


The devil would try to make us speak words that doesn't align with God's promises but we must refute him.

Has God said this is your season of rest but it's not looking like it? Keep saying what He has told you.

Remember, we walk by faith, and not by sight. So, create your world by speaking God's word!

Rest✨

One can still find rest even in the midst of troubles. It is not given to a believer to comfort and Joy in the midst of troubles.
Rest is not an absence of labour but a commissioning into another one but a lighter one (Matt. 11: 28)

Rest is God's means of granting or giving refreshment to a man (Matt. 11:28-29)

The Rest God is calling us to is a rest of carrying His yoke and burden. ("...for my yoke is light and easy")

So, coming to the rest of God comes with the intentionality to carry His burden.

Low levels of Vitamin C is linked to an impaired ability to think and recall. Studies have shown that people with DEMENTIA ( a term used to describe symptoms of poor thinking and memory) may have lower blood level of Vitamin C which contains ASCORBIC ACID.

This means that Vitamin C is essential for high cognitive ability and speedy recalling process. You can get ascorbic acid from oranges 🍊 or Vitamin C supplements, which would cost you just a penny.

When last did you take an orange or anything containing ASCORBIC ACID? Knowing it is this important, you know what to do henceforth.
