Here's a piece of advice for those who struggle with self-criticism and low self-esteem:

NEVER LOOK DOWN ON YOURSELF..

Embrace your imperfections, and remember that growth and learning come from embracing our vulnerabilities. You are capable of change and growth, and every small step towards self-love and acceptance is a triumph.

Treat yourself with the same kindness, care, and patience that you offer to others. You are deserving of love, respect, and happiness. Believe in yourself, and know that you are enough, just as you are."

Remember, self-love and acceptance are journeys, not destinations. Be gentle with yourself, and celebrate your progress, no matter how small.

HOW TO ATTAIN EXCELLENCE IN SINGING

You must know that working on your voice is not magic, so don't expect to start voice training for just 3 months and you expect drastic change like magic. You need to keep working hard to attain excellence no matter the challenges you face, cause you will face insults from family members, Friends or church members in the process of growth. You need to believe in yourself no matter the challenges you face, keep pushing until you attain that excellence.

Excellence in singing is not easy to attain but it's possible, you are not getting it does not mean you can't get it. As far as allot of singers have attain excellence, you can also achieve that. Singing is 90% psychological and 10% talent, you need to start trusting your voice, cause it's special and unique. Don't give up on excellence because of anyone, sometimes you may not even feel like practicing cause of work, family and school, but you have to push yourself because there is something you are targeting.

Expose your mind to artist that practice excellence in there music, pay money to gain more knowledge of singing from professional voice coaches, humble yourself to learn even if it's from someone that is way older than you. Excellence is something you keep working on until you die, don't get to a certain height and feel you have arrived cause you might end up being a local champion. God has said you are a Global Minister, the world is waiting for you.
