Some individuals find it difficult to believe that the person they love can really hurt them. Many have not come to terms with that. The reason you are hurt by that person you love is because you are vulnerable to that individual. And he/she is the only person that can say words or do things that will sink deep and get to your heart and probably break you down.

Why? Because you care about this person, and it's only around this person that you don't have walls. Someone you careless about can't say words to you that will hurt your feelings and emotions. Hurting some one you love is part of ingredients of love, why? Because the person in love with you is sensitive to your every words, actions, inaction, thinking and mood swings. Even if you in particular is not aware of your own actions. It is inevitable. Infact the people we love most are the people we hurt the most.

I am not saying that you should go about hurting your partner intentionally . Or because you know that this individual is sensitive towards you so you feel is right to play with someone's emotions No! That not what I mean. What am saying is, you should not end a relationship simply because your partner unintentionally hurts you ,

Don't keep malice with your spouse without discussing the reason for your hurt. most times he/she don't know you are hurt by his/her actions.

That is why communication is very vital in a relationship/marriage.

Don't bottle things up
learn to express your feelings.

I watched my neighbor's son pushed the landlady's daughter into the well, I was watching through the window when the whole scene happened, just as i was about to shout, I heard him screaming, "mum, dad, Delia just jumped into the well" he lied, I was still shocked, how could a boy of 12 years do something like this, everyone gathered, including the landlady her self, she was whaling in shock, I rushed out, and joined the crowd, some hefty men were into action trying to rescue the poor girl, I looked at the boy who was pretending to cry, I summoned courage and called him, "Sam, why did you lie, didn't you pushed Delia" I spoke out loudly to him, everyone glanced at me, "what is the meaning of this, mama Loretta I would not watch you accuse my son" his mother defended him, "enough mummy Sam, I said I saw Sam here pushing Delia into the well, I was in my window" I replied, but the next thing that landed on my cheeks was an hot slap from my landlady, "hey!!! How dare you, Delia and Sam are best friends don't say another word" she said as she continued crying, murmurings filled the place, it was then I knew that I had gotten myself into something, "mama Loretta you better pack your things and leave this compound, I won't allow you stay in this compound any more, the landlady's sister said, "no please you all have to believe am saying the truth right now " I tried defending myself but no! Everyone was with her idea of throwing me and my daughter out, my daughter wasn't around she attended summer lessons,i tried pleading with them but no! They stood their ground , I watched the men dragged the girl out of the well, they tried reviving her, thanks to God they succeeded, she was coughing but then she closed her eyes, her mum got up and carried her to her car, some neighbors joined her as she was driven to the hospital.
