There is a simple estimation technique for ideal body weight (IBW) depending on your height and s*x. Typically it is estimated as follows:

For males, IBW (kg) = height (cm) - 105.
For females, IBW (kg) = height (cm) - 108.

So let's say you are 158cm tall as a girl, then your IBW = 158-108 = 50kg. We can then say that any values slightly below or above 50KG is ideal for you.

However if you are 30% less than or greater than your IBW, you are said to be underweight or overweight respectively.

So before you attempt to Watch your weight, be sure that there is a problem with it in the first place.
