Education and water resources infrastructure, Rt. Hon. Betara awards blocks of classrooms, and solar-powered boreholes in Kwaya Kusar and Shani LGAs of the constituency.

The performing federal lawmaker representing Biu, Bayo, Kwaya kusar, and Shani LGAs, Rt. Hon. Muktar Aliyu approved the following infrastructural intervention in Education and water resources in Kwaya kusar and Shani LGAs.

1. Four (4) blocks of twelve (12) classrooms in Kwaya kusar.

2. Sixteen (16) Solar Boreholes Eight (8) each in Shani and Kwaya.

(a) Kubo ward in Shani allocated four (4) solar boreholes

(b) Bargu ward in Shani received four (4) solar boreholes

(c) Gusi ward in Kwaya Kusar allocated four (4) Solar boreholes

(d) Kwaya Kusar Central also got four (4) Solar boreholes.

These, in addition to earlier ones allocated and completed in these areas, complement the classrooms and water resource requirements of the constituent members.

The Federal Law maker joins members of the Kantoma family, friends and the good people of Biu Local Government in mourning a mother, who loved her children with great passion and did her best to prepare them for leadership positions and opportunities.

The law maker received with shock the sad news of the demise of Muhammad Mamman Kachallah, who passed on after a protracted illness in the early hours of today 27th August, 2022 in the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital.

The Federal Law maker prays that "Allah (S.W.T) will accept the soul of the deceased, forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljannatul Firdaus."

The federal lawmaker representing Biu, Bayo, Kwaya kusar, and Shani in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu donated a sum of ten million naira cash (10,000,000:00) for the construction of Lakundum central mosques, Shani LGA. The money is presented to the committee by the representative of Rt. Hon. Betara in the presence of the District Head, Lakundum, and other residents of the area.
Rt. Hon. Betara has been donating generously for a just cause and uplifting the constituency for the betterment of the constituent members.
The people of Lakundum District and Shani LGA extend gratitude and appreciation for this gesture. They pray to Almighty Allah for a bountiful reward for the donor.

Representatives of Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu deliver 3 tractors in Shani LG, sympathized with flood victims, and condole some bereaved families.

Delegation ably representing Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu was in Shani LGA to deliver 3 tractors generously donated to farmers in the area. Recall that the flag off of the tractors and fertilizer for the cropping season was done earlier this month in Biu where dispatchment commenced forthwith.
While in Shani, the delegation had cause to pay a sympathy visit to His Royal Highness Alh. Nasiru Shettima Mailafiya and all other victims of the recent flooding that ravaged some part of the Local Government Area and offered prayers to Almighty Allah to replenish a thousand folds of what has been lost and forestall future occurrences. In the same vein, the delegation paid condolences to some bereaved families and prayed for the reposed of the souls of the deceased while urging the families to take solace and seek Allah’s reward promised to those who restrained and demonstrate patience once struck by a calamity.

The people expressed deep gratitude and appreciation to Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu for identifying and assisting them as always and mentioned that they owe him full support, loyalty, and prayers to succeed.

Reviving Secondary School education, Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu through North East Development Commission (NEDC) intervenes to provide infrastructural facilities worth 1.18 billion naira (1,180,000,000:00) in Government Girls Secondary School, Biu.

Government Girls secondary school, Biu is to benefit from the intervention grant of one billion eighteen million naira sponsored by the federal lawmaker, Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu through NEDC. The project specification includes:
1. Perimeter fencing of the school
2. Construction of staff quarters
3. Construction of examination Hall
4. Construction students hostel among others
These facilities are provided to safeguard and make the school more conducive for teaching and learning.
Rt. Hon. Betara's intervention in education through the provision of infrastructure and essential supporting services that glitter schools across the constituency are the hallmark of a serving representative that cares and gives back to the people on whose mandate he stands. Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu sponsored capacity Blbuilding and empowerment of Women and Youth in Agricultural Production in Shani L.G.A. in collaboration with "New Partnership for African Development" (NEPAD).

The program was flagged off with 300 participants, whom received various training in modern a gricultural techniques to enhance their capacity and improve their production output.

The beneficiaries after the formal training were given a token of 50,000.00 each as startup, the Hon. who spoke through his representative promised his constituents of his continued support in all areas of human endeavour to make life more meaningful to
them.

In conclusion, the honorable member assured his teeming constituent members of his readiness to collaborate with multiple Federal Government intervention agencies to attract intervention programs that will lift our people out of poverty.

Federal lawmaker representing Biu, Bayo, Kwaya Kusar and Shani federal Constituency and chairman House committee on Budget and appropriation, Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu heartily welcomes His excellency president Muhammadu Buhari to Maiduguri for one day working visit to the state.

The president is scheduled to assess the security situation and commission giant projects, among which is the Borno state University Senate building, students hostel and some other edifice executed by His Excellency Engr. Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum in his two (2) years of office.

It was with mixed feelings that the Betara Media Crew celebrates Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu's 14 years anniversary with thoughts about the past, present and the future of Biu, Bayo, Kwaya Kusar & Shani Federal Constituency.

Members of his constituent have witnessed with open hearts and eyes, the leaders it has produced since its creation. But in the past years, the good people of Bayo, Biu, Kwaya Kusar & Shani Federal Constituency have only known social peace, economic progress, massive infrastructural reform and visionary leadership under the stewardship of Rt. Borno State Government patners Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu to build 300 houses to accommodate victims of Boko Haram insurgence in troubled villages of Biu local government.

The executive chairman of the local government, Hon. Haruna Ibrahim IBSY has revealed on Biu Harmony FM this morning.

It was revealed that the State Government is to build 200 houses and Betara Aliyu to build 100 houses where the displaced people of Gur and Zira will benefit.

Though human needs are insatiable, however, his developmental footprint is glaring for all to see especially in the areas of human capital growth and infrastructural development.

Betara has shown that governance is not just a continuum, but an opportunity to raise the bars in economic, human and capital development in the region he represent.

HON. MUKTAR BETARA ALIYU IS BUILDING NEW BIU, BAYO, KWAYA KUSAR & SHANI FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY; SERVING THE POOR AND VULNERABLE - Aliyu Yahaya.

I feels it is significantly important to engage in candid stock-taking and aggressively informing people what our federal lawmaker has done to improve our lives and the hope for a better tomorrow.

To this extent, i'll confidently say that the restoration agendas of Hon. Betara Aliyu has in recent, fundamentally changed the narratives in our constituency as we used to know. It is now incontrovertible his achievements are everywhere and good enough, that his people can relate in various sectors.

Education for instance, has received an unusual attention that posterity will definitely remember Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu for.

In glance, the honorable member has completely demolished and reconstructed Biu Arabic School, built multiple blocks of classrooms, donated instructional/learning materials, computers and other accessories to various schools, constructed motorized solar powered boreholes in schools, built school laboratories, with ongoing construction of Mega Jamb CBT center in NAUB, 1st of it kind, renovated, fenced and installed all-in-one solar street lights to improve security in a lot of schools and more.

I think the infrastructural developments like construction and rehabilitation of our township roads is one key area we cannot but praise the concerted efforts Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu. For those of us who are familiar with the stories behind such historic efforts, we should commend this project oriented leader, because what people thought were impossible are now possible and that speaks to leadership and vision.

Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu who's currently the Committee Chairman on Budget and Appropriations of the 9th National Assembly has given out several empowerment tools as part of his empowerment schemes, among which are vehicles and tricycles (Keke Napep) which were aimed at empowering transporters, Sewing & Grinding machines to mostly women and Water pumps to empower irrigation farmers.

Dear fellow constituent members, brace up, for you're yet to see the mother of all empowerments. The honorable have in abundance, enough items to be distributed in no distance time.

As for portable drinking water, Betara Aliyu has of recent facilitated the massive drilling of motorized solar powered borehole projects in the four LGAs he represent with no fewer than 20 boreholes in every local government within strategic locations.

Let me reiterate to you the good people of Biu, Bayo, Kwaya Kusar and Shani Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu's commitment to the improvement of welfare and living standard in his constituency and the state at large, through the provision of basic and social infrastructure is unmatched, which is why he remain the invaluable political asset we can't afford to lose in the nearest future.

If truly your activism is born out of love to Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu, you'll heed to my advice and embrace peace.

You've for quite a long been fabricating frivolous claims in the name of defending Hon. Betara Aliyu to create unnecessary tension among followers but I'll advise, you stop hiding under the shadow of any person or guise to score political points that will yield no good result.

Are you aware that, the political tension/violence you're trying to create poses serious threat to the relative conducive political atmosphere that we're enjoying currently ?

You see, not all violence can be directly linked to political matters, but the heightened tension created by few individuals like you for the sake of your personal gains only add salt to the healing injury.

Note that, we in the Betara Camp have lived by moral philosophy of good character, respect for leaders, constituted authority and high standard of public/community relation.

Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu's tremendous achievements recorded throughout his stay in office have placed his dear constituency among the best in Nigeria.

It is crystal clear to even the blind that Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu's penchant for innovation and human-oriented practical projects are springing up across Biu, Bayo, Kwaya Kusar and Shani Federal Constituency.

Highlighting some of the recent contributions made by the honorable member, his Coordinator, Hon. Man sule Ali Yimi said, Betara has fulfilled almost all of his campaign promises. Stressing that in the areas of educational development alone, Betara Aliyu has taken his constituency to the highest feat.

His Royal Highness, Mustapha Umar Mustapha II performs foundation laying of Biu Arabic school, Visits Garwashina to Biu Central Primary school Asphalt Road under construction by Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu.

The Royal father graciously obliged to perform the foundation laying ceremony of Biu Arabic school which happens to be adjacent the emir's palace. The school which Hon. Betara approved for demolition and reconstruction is two (2) storey building including staff offices, store, toilets and borehole.

In the same vein, His Royal Highness visited the Garwashina to Biu Central Primary school Asphalt Road under construction to assess work progress & offer Royal blessings for speedy & successful completion. The projects, few among many happening simultaneously across the Constituency are part of intervention to complement & bridge infrastructural gap that hitherto exist.

Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu had set to construct another Asphalt Road in Garwashina Sil-umtha ward in Biu. The Asphalt Road will link Sil-umtha and zarawuyaku down to central primary School.

The federal law maker's work never end, he always does what he is elected to do, he had impacted positively on all developmental sphere of the society across of his constituency.
