If the citizens of this country are given equal right and all (rich or poor, stronger or weaker ) are treated as prescribed in the book "AUTHORITY IN GOVERNMENT: NIGERIA AND WORLD POLITICS IN FOCUS" Chapter three, page 46, I don't think it indeed there are people who are suffering from what they had before because, the system has given detailed information on how the government will build a good relationship to its citizens in order to find out the difficulty or hardship they live in, give them the needful expenditure and also protect their right or property. However, looking at what's happening now in this country, it's very easy to conclude that, the Nigerian system of government is not working properly and the Constitution that has been claimed as the guidance on this country is also aside from us!!!.
