A CONCISE NOTE ON DEMOCRACY DAY

Democracy Day is a National Public Holiday in Nigeria aimed at Commemorating the restoration of Democracy in 1999, currently shifted from May 29th to June 12th. As a Mark of respect and high reverence for this Historical Day, all workers (Private or Government) including teachers and their students/pupils, observe a recess in the entire country.
That is the reason why all of us at MAIDUGURI INNOVATIVE SCHOOL , being patriotic teachers and students, are off today to join other patriotic Nigerians to celebrate the Historical Day.We enjoin ourselves, including our Esteemed Parents/Guardians to use this august day to pray for our Dear Country to have and practise stable democracy for the benefit of all Nigerians.

Keenly contested MINPASS termly intra-school quiz competition for JSS held today in Mala Kachalla Multi-purpose Hall was amazing. Kudos to the Principal and his team.

MINPASS continues to assert its dominance in proper education delivery and learning.

Less than a fortnight ago, our students were carried shoulder-high given their scintillating performance in a competition marking Nigeria @63. Today, we have won again in a keenly contested inter-school competition organised by National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS).. Kudos to our young stars and our dedicated staff.
