Justice Fadima Aminu of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja have today 28/1/2023 sacked one Albert Bassey,a serving senator representing Akwa Ibom South East district for defecting People's Democratic Party PDP in 2022,the party that sponsored him in 2019 to win a senatorial seat to Young Progressives Party YPP where he now secure the ticket to run for Akwa Ibom state Governorship election this 2023.

SACK UPDATE FROM OSOGBO,OSUN STATE,NIGERIA.

The Osun state governorship election petition sitting in Osogbo,Osun state and led by Justice Tetsea Kume has today 27/1/2023 declared former Gov Adegboyega Oyetola as the lawful winner of the June 16 2022 Osun state governorship election haven't found 'proof' of over voting.The tribunal also ordered INEC to withdraw the 'certificate of return's issued to Gov Ademola Adeleke and issue same to former Gov Adegboyega Oyetola.The tribunal further added that by this verdict,the incumbent Gov have been sacked from office as Osun state Gov.

Justice HA Njanjiwa of the Federal High Court in Abuja Nigeria have on Friday 20/1/2023 sacked Hon Ifeanyi Chudy Momah,the House of Assembly member (Green Chambers) representing Ihiala federal constituency of Anambra state from the green chambers for defecting from APGA in May 2022 to PDP under which he want to now contest for same position and also ordered him to refund all salaries and allowance he might have collected since then since it was APGA as a party that sponsored him in 2019 to the national assembly and not PDP.
