Davido’s complicated dating history and relationship with his baby mamas

Meet the four mothers to Davido’s six children.
Sophia is the mother of his first child, Imade, born in 2015.
Amanda the Togolese is the mother of his second child, Hailey, born in 2017.
Chioma was the mother of his third child, Ifeanyi, born in 2019. Ifeanyi passed away in 2022.
Larissa London the Angolan is the mother of his fourth child, Dawson, born in 2020.
Amanda is also the mother of his fifth child, a son whose name and pictures have never been published, born in 2023.
And finally, Chioma is also the mother of his sixth and seventh children, a boy and a girl (fraternal twins) whose names and pictures have not been published yet, and born in 2023.

Now my questions:
Sophia claims that she and Davido dated from 2013 to 2017.
In 2016, Davido also claimed that Sophia was using drugs during her pregnancy and after Imade’s birth and that had resulted in development problems for the baby.
For this reason, he wanted to fly Imade out to Dubai to receive treatment.
However, Sophia claimed that he wanted to take the child away from her.
Sophia also denied all the allegations and presented a drug test that proved that she was clean.
Isn’t this a precedent that Davido might attempt to take away Imade from Sophia again?
And why did Sophia continue to date him until 2017 after he did all of this to her?
Or was a relationship the condition Davido requested in order to give Imade back to her and leave her alone? 🤔
Also, joint custody means that the kid will spend EQUAL TIME with both parents. It doesn’t mean that one parent can have access to the child only when the said parent is available.
As it is now, Davido is not available enough to legally fulfil his part in a joint custody and Sophia would still end up taking care of Imade the majority of the time; therefore it would make more sense to request visitation rights.
But then, Sophia never denied visitation rights to Davido.
Instead, she stated (paragraphed), “You can see your daughter, but not in my house. Also, my nanny will supervise the visit”.
Given his precedent, isn’t Sophia right to want to supervise his time with their daughter?
And does Davido think he has the right to access Sophia’s house just because he pays half of the rent?
Is this the reason he offered to buy her a house instead?
So he could have access to it anytime he wanted?

Davido started dating Chioma in 2015 and didn’t go public with her until 2018 when he featured her in his music video for “Assurance”.
But from 2015 to 2017, he was still dating Sophia.
Davido also dated the Guinean model, Sira Kante in 2016 and their relationship was public.
So was Chioma a sidechick who was upgraded to main chick?
And did Davido cheat on Sophia, Chioma, and Kira with Amanda? 🤔

Did Dawson’s birth in 2020 cause the breakup between Chioma and Davido?
Remember that Davido proposed to Chioma while she was still pregnant with Ifeanyi in 2019.
And Davido went back to Sophia in 2020, while Chioma moved on too.

Sophia and Davido broke up in 2022, the same year that Amanda got pregnant with her second son with Davido.
Does that mean that Davido cheated on her with Amanda AGAIN?
And does this mean that Sophia was right when she claimed that Davido demands intimate relations with his baby mamas otherwise he would stop supporting them financially?
In 2022, Davido also dated Mya Yafai. Why did he go public with Mya but not with Sophia?
In fact, after Imade was born, why was he always claiming other women publicly but not Sophia? 🤔

There were speculations that Davido was married to Amanda when he got engaged to Chioma in 2019 and I remember an interview in 2022 where he said that he was not ready to get married.
Then, in that same 2022, he got married to Chioma in a hush hush ceremony, a few weeks after they lost their son.
Does that mean he finally divorced Amanda?
And did he marry Chioma because he wanted to or because he wanted to appease her after they lost their child?
Finally, what does the Igbo culture say in merit to burying a child when you have not yet paid the mother’s bride price?

In 2023, an American woman named Anita Brown came out and proved with evidence that she was pregnant with Davido’s child.
Then a woman from France, Ivanna Bay, also came out and claimed that she was pregnant with his child too.
Sadly, both lost the pregnancies.
By this time, Chioma was already pregnant with their twins.
Why did he bother to marry her and go through IVF to have two more babies with her if he was still going to cheat on her and expose her to infections during her pregnancy?

In April 2024, Davido filed a joint custody case against Sophia.
Why did he wait until a week to his wedding in June to publish it on social media?
In the counter lawsuit, Sophia claimed that Davido refused to stick to his end of the bargain and pay half of her rent and, instead, offered to pay only N5 million.
Davido, on the other hand claimed that he offered to buy Sophia a house worth N200 million.
Now, let’s assume that half of Sophia’s rent is N10 million. This means that the house Davido offered to buy would cover 20 years of his share.
Imade is currently 9 years old and will be 18 in 9 years.
So with N200 million Davido would be covering 9 years plus an excess of 11 of Imade’s accommodation.
What is the logic behind choosing to spend N200 million at once over spending N90 million in the course of 9 years?
Also, did Davido really plan to buy that house in Sophia’s or Imade’s name or was he going to buy it in his name and use it to blackmail Sophia into doing his bidding afterwards?

Last but not the least, Davido is hurt that Sophia weaponised Ifeanyi’s passing against him in the custody hearing.
However, do you agree that if one of your children passed away while he was under your ex’s care, you would be right to demand custody of the other kids based on the fact that she cannot provide a safe environment for the kids?
