Here is what you have to do.

Complete all Mainnet checklist.
1. Download Pi Browser.
2. Create your wallet.
3. Confirm your wallet.
4. Commit Locked up
5. Verified your phone number or link Facebook account.
6. Do your KYC with the right ID.
7. Sign Acknowledgement.
8. Wait for your Pi to be migrated to the wallet by PCT.

*If you submitted your Pi KYC, for over Months/Years and it is yet to be verified.*

*THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO ⬇️*

*STEP 1*
*▫️Click on Pi App not Pi browser*

*STEP 2*
▫️ *Locate the 3 lines at the top left hand corner of your screen and click*

*STEP 3*
▫️ *Scroll down to Profile and click, copy out your Username and the Email address of the account affected, the Email must have been verified.*

*STEP 4*
▫️ *Go back and click the 3 lines at the top left corner of your screen*

*STEP 5*
▫️ *Locate SUPPORT PORTAL and click. It will take you to Chrome browser.*

*STEP 6*
▫️ *Scroll down the page under "SUGGESTED FORMS" you will see "KYC IN EMAIL REQUEST" Click on it.*

*STEP 7*
*Fill the forms with your correct details*

*STEP 8*
*After filling the form carefully scroll down to APPLICATION: When submitting your KYC application...*
*Thick on one of the options such as*

▫️ *Issue with the first screen - consent, age, country, ID type*

▫️ *Issue with uploading the ID document

Do not fall for this trick. Back up and secure your passphrase from scammers

For Pioneers Reporting on NOT RECEIVING their Pi in Mainnet Wallet after KYC PASSED :

1. Did you complete Mainnet Checklist Step 1 - 7?
2. Did you used the same Pi Wallet Passphrase in Mainnet Checklist Step 3 & 7 ? (esp. for users who Reset Wallet)
3. Did you Lockup 100% of your 1st Transferable Balance?
4. Did you changed/shift your Pi Wallet from showing "Pi Testnet" to "Pi Mainnet" using the toggle option ?
5. Did you Check - Migrated to Mainnet option in Pi App- Pi Balance Dashboard?
6. After all these, if your Pi isn't yet Migrated, then you are probably still in Queue, so you will have to wait untill that Migration happens.
7. Once Migration in your Mainnet Wallet is done, there will be a "quarantine" period of 14 days. When that is over, you can now Move your Unlocked Pi portion to Available Balance.
8. If you locked 100% of your Pi, then there will be NO MOVABLE Pi for you, until the lockup period ends!
