We’re happy to announce the start of our new project in collaboration with of Netherlands. LAGOS, HOME FOR ALL is a digital storytelling project in which a diverse group of animators, comic makers and filmmakers create several stories that evoke Lagos’ history, present and future. The artists of Mooves will bring these inspiring stories together in six illustrated posters with an AR application.

LAGOS, HOME FOR ALL is supported by Creative Industries Fund NL through the open call Resilient Communities / Inclusive Cities / Just Societies.

Excited to be part of the cohort of amazing creators for this years Digital Lab Africa by Tshimologong Digital Innovation Precinct Accelerator animation programme South Africa 🇿🇦

We would be developing Land Of Gods (MIFA Finalist 2023 at Festival international du film d’animation d’Annecy ) further through this programme.

Though this poster had one face, I would be working behind the scene every step of the way alongside my co-creator Janica Barnett

Ekene Nwonye would also be leading the project within this programme as lead Creative Director. We are so excited and grateful for this awesome opportunity to tell Khashiya’s story around the Fire.

Haske is being produced currently as an animated short film but in development for a TV series following the journey of a young girl born in a matriarch mystical village on a journey to find the light within her

It was amazing time with the reviewing the amazing projects of the final year students of Montpellier, France

An amazing pool of multinational talent nurtured at largest university for animation in France (with 5 annexes across t he country).

We also had a amazing presentation and tour of the Business Innovation Center of Montpellier with Vallerie Challiou (Director, Montpellier Meditarriane Metropole) of the new facility sharing with us the ooo for animation in the city using Fortiche Studio (Arcane League Of Legends) as a prime case study. (Slide 1 - 4)

We are so excited about the collaboration in infrastructure and education this vibrant ecosystem of the city offers. (Slide 5 & 6)

We are honored to be part of such an important project that tells a remarkable story of indigenous people and their stand to protect our nature from exploitation.

The project is currently in early stages of development scheduled to be released 2024 and Directed by and we can’t wait to share more with you.

We explored an artist direction lead by and termed by as KIPOKI meaning unique form in the Congolese Lari dialect, it is our vision as a studio to bring new design language to identify African animation style.
