INNATE COMMUNICATIONS is concerned with using the instrumentality of media communications to drive social change. In achieving its goals, INNATE COMMUNICATIONS build collaborative alliances and initiatives with corporate organizations, civil society organizations, community groups and allied organizations in providing media-communications resources and services to advance development initiatives v

ia strategic media communication (goods and services promotions), literary development initiatives (writing/publishing operations), social communication strategies/capacity development, news reportage information dissemination/events publicity endeavours, media consultancy, events programming, etc. The organization is also involved in human capacity development and Media/PR cm social development Initiatives. Based in Lagos, Nigeria and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2009, the activities of INNATE COMMUNICATIONS is premised on initiatives and alliances applying a development-focused communication approach to addressing issues that advance social changes and positive values across personal, organizational community and societal development endeavours. INNATE COMMUNICATIONS undertakes media-communication consultancy, as well as social change issues evolving around the following activities:

• The Development Platform roundtable: A periodic interactive forum on cross cutting development issues of social importance, especially affecting women, youth and the general populace.

• Social Development News (SDN): An independent online news platform focused at reportage on issues that advances commitment that development processes need to benefit people, especially children, women, youth and under-represented persons affected by poverty and social deprivations. SDN reportage @ https://sdnonline.net centres on initiatives that aims to facilitate social development and the inter-connections between people, groups, organizations, communities and/or institutions for desired self-sustaining socio-economic, political and/or human-rights based development aspirations.

• Media/PR and publishing Operations: Providing digital-driven media communication and publishing services through alliances and collaborations across a broad spectrum of development initiatives and concerns. Sequel to the emergence of COVID-19, INNATE COMMUNICATIONS has partnered with some organization hosting virtual sessions in Human Capital Development (HCD) and mentoring/interactive and capacity building sessions that have engaged over 5000 entrepreneurs, youths and women. INNATE COMMUNICATIONS is also providing media communications support across a cluster of activities in commemorating the International Men's Day (IMD) 2022 event in Nigeria. • A one-day workshop on ‘best practices in news writing and reporting for media practitioners held in 2008.
• A one-day workshop on accessing journalism fellowships and awards for journalists held in collaboration with Media Career Services. February 2009.
• A two-day career development seminar on beyond the Limits, Maximizing Journalism Career held in collaboration with OMOLOLU FALOBI FOUNDATION. July 2009.
• A one-day seminar on creative writing and freelance opportunities for young media professionals, held in collaboration with Media Career Services. 2009.
• Two-day workshop on effective Christian writing and publishing skills for church communication units, held in collaboration with Journalists for Christ, August 2011.
