When the legendary actor, Chinwetalugu was shouting in a movie that "Igwe Ejee Nga", I never knew he was prophetically talking about Igwe Credo Mbem .
Finally, kcee had sued Igwe Credo Mbem to court for libel, contract violations and unauthorized performing of Ojapiano on stage by Igwe Credo Mbem and OjazzyIgbonile.
In a trending video, Kcee took time to explain his business with Igwe Credo Mbem and Ojazzy Igbo
Here are the takeaways from the video.
Kcee spent a total of #1.2million in bringing Igwe Credo Mbem and OjazzyIgbonile to Lagos to record Ojapiano.
▪️He took Igwe Credo Mbem and OjazzyIgbonile to boutique for shopping.
▪️Kcee sent flight ticket to Igwe Credo Mbem to come for video shoot but he rejected it and refused to come. ( No wonder Kcee decided to mask everybody in that video in other for the public not to know that Igwe credo and OjazzyIgbonile were not in that video)
▪️Kcee invited Igwe Credo Mbem and OjazzyIgbonile to come and sign the publishing but they refused to come.
▪️Igwe Credo Mbem demanded for #100,000 pay from Kcee but Kcee gave him #300,000 after they finished recording the song in the studio.
▪️Igwe Credo Mbem barred Kcee from dealing with OjazzyIgbonile, claiming that the flutist is his boy and that every negotiation and payment should be done through him ( Igwe Credo Mbem).
▪️The flight tickets from Anambra to Lagos was dully purchased by Kcee.
▪️The bills for hotel accomodations and feedings were paid by Kcee.
▪️The #70,000 Igwe Credo Mbem claimed that they paid on the last day of their stay in the hotel was actually exaggerated. The extra cost was #17,000 incurred by his visitor (probably an ashawo he carried) on the last night of their stay in Lagos.
▪️ kcee said Igwe Credo Mbem and OjazzyIgbonile has been going to shows playing Ojapiano on stage and made lots of cash from the song. He will be demanding for a total refund of all the money they had made from performing the song on stage because the song is dully registered under his name.
▪️Igwe Credo Mbem might have been ripping off OjazzyIgbonile as OjazzyIgbonile might not be getting his fair share from all the payments made to Igwe Credo Mbem.
▪️ Kcee said the only money he has given directly to OjazzyIgbonile was #100,000 he sent to him when OjazzyIgbonile called him few weeks ago and asked him for financial assistance as his father was sick. Kcee also demanded Igwe Credo wife's account details and also sent undisclosed amount to her.
Everything Kcee said were backed up with an evidence of proof of payments and receipts. So in court , Igwe Credo Mbem and his lawyers will take time to disprove Kcee's claims.
What do I have to say in all these? I will not ask Kcee not to seek legal redress. It is better to go to court than to take laws into one's hands. But if it is possible for him, let him forgive and forget. Igwe Credo Mbem is trying to be popular and it is quite unfortunate that one can't trend in Nigeria unless you engage in negative activities. Igwe Credo Mbem blew a lot of lies against Kcee to attract public sympathy towards himself and it paid off. So Kcee should forgive him and demand that Igwe Credo Mbem should do another video to apologize to Kcee for lying against him and the matter should end there if he apologize.
