Chelsea have an offer now on the table for Jorginho, but the Italian international has rejected said offer. Or how they word it, not come to an agreement on the fee, which surely means the same thing, no?
They claim that Jorginho has been presented with initial terms on an extended deal that would keep his wage similar to his current £120,000-a-week.
However, he has apparently asked for a pay rise that would see his salary rise in line with Cesar Azpilicueta, who recently signed a new £150,000-a-week deal.
