The Bittersweet Tree

Here comes a time my addition was you,
A tree so pleasant, with leaves so green,
Your stem refreshing, your fruits infusion,
A natural bark, perfect skincare.

I often wondered what cream you used,
To keep your beauty so evergreen,
But little did I know the secret lay,
In the roots that ran so deep.

Your fruits were more than just a treat,
A remedy for high blood pressure,
And yet, despite your many gifts,
I found myself painfully allergic.

Oh, how I longed to bask in your shade,
To feel the coolness of your breeze,
But alas, my body could not take,
The beauty that you had to offer.

So here comes a time my addition was you,
A tree so pleasant, yet so painful too,
For though you brought such joy and life,
You also brought an end to my delight.

Beyond Mortar Sway:

What if it was a dream after death,
And all we knew was just a test,
A fleeting moment, a final breath,
Before we entered eternal rest.

What if this life was just a stage,
A prelude to a grander play,
And death was merely a transition,
To a world beyond our mortal sway.

What if our loved ones who have passed,
Are waiting for us on the other side,
And death is not an end, but a beginning,
Of a journey where we'll forever abide.

What if the pain and suffering we endure,
Are but a mere illusion of the mind,
And death is the ultimate liberation,
From the chains that keep us confined.

What if it was a dream after death,
And life was just a fleeting breath,
A journey to a place beyond our sight,
Where we'll find eternal peace and light.

The Little Writer:

A young child discovering the joy of writing and the power of imagination.

A little child with pencil and a book,
Laying down trying to write what he has learned,
His tiny hands holding the pencil tight,
His eyes focused, his mind churned.

He writes his letters, one by one,
Slowly forming words, with care,
His little heart filled with joy,
As he sees his writing, so fair.

He writes of animals, of stars and skies,
Of flowers, trees, and birds that fly,
His imagination knows no bounds,
As he writes, he feels so high.

His little world, so full of wonder,
Comes alive on the pages he writes,
His words, a reflection of his soul,
A treasure trove of his delights.

And as he writes, he learns and grows,
His mind expanding with each word,
His pencil, a tool for his imagination,
His book, a window to his world.

So let us encourage this little child,
To write and learn, to dream and soar,
For his words, a gift to the world,
A legacy, forevermore.

"Mom's Love: The Stepping Stone to Success"

A little child, so small and frail,
Struggles to stand, but to no avail,
His tiny legs, so wobbly and weak,
Make it hard for him to stand and speak.

But there's his mom, so loving and kind,
Guiding him gently, with a steady mind,
She holds his hand, and helps him up,
Encouraging him to never give up.

He takes a step, then stumbles down,
But his mom is there, to lift him off the ground,
She wipes his tears, and kisses his cheek,
Telling him softly, that he's not weak.

With each attempt, he grows stronger and tall,
His mom by his side, never letting him fall,
He takes more steps, and starts to run,
His mom cheering him on, in the warm sun.

And soon enough, he's on his own,
Running and playing, all on his own,
But he never forgets, the love and care,
Of his mom, who was always there.

For every time he falls and stumbles,
He knows his mom will never grumble,
But instead, she'll lift him up,
And help him stand, with a gentle touch.

So here's to all the moms out there,
Who guide their children, with love and care,
You are the ones, who help us stand,
And give us strength, to conquer the land.
