This will look ∆wkw∆rd but am t!r€d! This woman is my mother in-law she has never liked me starting from the time I was in a relationship with her son (My Husband) she never even attended the wedd!ng. We've been married for a year now.

Fast forward! Last week she came home with a wΩman she claimed to be her niece and that was the first time she ever visited us since we got married. After my husband came home from work she demanded that the woman she has brought is for him to be a second wife if he refuses she was going to disown him.

Shock!ngly my husband kept quiet that's how that woman was GIVEN a spare b€droom to sl€€p in together with hubby.

I cr!€d the whole night. She heard me ¢ry and shΩut€d that i SHOULD leave! My husband was just quite, following morning I tried to speak to him and he just said "She is my mother who gave b!rth to me there's nothing I can do" it was like a slap on the face. People I have left the marriage I can't stand this anymore, my mother in-law called me barren just after a year in marriege.

The police in Adamawa state has arrested a 20-year-old bride, Amina Hassan, of Mubi North LGA, Adamawa state for setting her husband's house ablaze over his refusal to divorce her.

The suspect got married to her husband, Muhammed Auwal about 5 weeks. She told the police that she set the house on fire because of her husband's refusal to end their union.

‘’We made an arrangement that he will divorce me after the marriage. I met him and pleaded with him to divorce me, but he remained adamant. He descended on me and started beating me instead of divorcing me as a result of which I lost my temper and set the house ablaze", she further narrated.

Residents of the community say few days to the wedding, Amina told her parents that she was no longer interested in the marriage, but her parents said there was no going back because they had distributed invitation cards. After the marriage, the bride sought for a help from a native doctor to turn the heart of her husband away from her or make him to hate her so that he will divorce her.

After collecting the sum of N12,000 from her for the job, the native doctor performed all necessary rituals and succeeded in turning her heart further away from him instead of his heart away from her as agreed. She lamented that the native doctor has since relocated to Maiduguri in Borno State and his phone number is no longer reachable.

Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, SP Suleiman Nguroje, said further investigation is being carried out by the police.

Nigerian comedian Helen Paul, popularly known as Tatafo, has revealed how she turned rejection into a power force that changed her life after being born out of r**e.

She made this known in a post on her Instagram page on Friday, as she discussed the stigma of being born out of r**e, which caused her aunts to repeatedly remind her that she was a bastard.

Helen further urged her supporters not to be discouraged by rejections, noting that she had progressed from a comedienne to a professor in the United States.

Her words: “Never feel rejected; believe it to be your power force. From a comedian in Nigeria to a professor in the USA What a story! Please be alive to tell your story too. All things will work out.”
