The object on the man's hand is called ŌKWA in Ezza dialect. It's used in cutting meat, especially cooked meat.
Now, it's no longer in use as Tray Pan has taken over its work, but, unfortunately, Tray Pan can not do the work better than Okwa.

The truth is that meats cooked with local pot in a local kitchen and cut in Okwa taste delicious👌
