Someone just gave you a lift in his Lexus and collected your phone number.

Next day you went to visit him at Golf Estate and left your night gown.

Next week you have fully moved in.

Next month you have resigned from your small 50k job so you can take care of him and follow him everywhere.

Next year you are crying that after all you sacrificed for him, he still left.

Yes, he left to someone he percceived more valuable.

Like, you have no life of your own?? You are so discontented with your life that you are waiting for someone to come and bail you out.

I think it was Robert Green who said, “Jumping into the waiting arms of the first person who seems to like you is not love. It is a sign of insecurity “

You are not just telling on yourself. You are also telling on your family.

You are practically saying that your parents are irresponsible or you have outgrown everyone in your family.

Both ways, you are selling yourself short.

Yes, you may not have everything you desire, but getting into relationships from a place of contentment is powerful.

What has 2022 taught you?

For me, it has taught me to be patient and consistent. I've learned to take huge risks and always go for what I wanted admist the number of NOs and REJECTIONs

So what are your resolutions this year 2023?

Firstly I want us to know that Evaluation comes first then resolution and planning follows. This are the 3 key words that you all should have in mind has we journeyed this year 2023!

EVALUATION = RESOLUTION + PLANNING birthed RESULT.

As for me Folakemi Helen I'm manifesting a good paying job, peaceful relationship, excellent results and travelling opportunities this year 2023 and beyond.

Then he stretched is phone towards me without me responding to all the s**t he has said. So my two sisters came to meet me, where I was standing with this same guy in front of me. You know how naughty some younger sisters could be. The two of them started shouting uncle, uncle.... I was signalling to them with my eyes for them to shut up their mouth but this two girls no even send me. That was how this guy started again o Welcome beautiful ladies as you were coming close to your elder sister I already knew you Two ladies are siblings. Oh good I'm happy I met you ladies. Infact your sister here is a beautiful lady and I liked her personality, I was even looking forward to get her phone number but she didn't even respond to all my gist with her, she was just quiet....well I know she's reserved and that's how Queen does bla bla. I was hoping that my sister's would insult him but two of them were laughing as if something struck them and they shouted my sister is a married woman o. Before I could know it, he had left were we stood... Gosh my sister burst my bubbles.... We laughed and laughed as we were going home.

The thing is; his babalawo ahbi wolli self has failed him woefully. He trusted in chariot and horses.... If to say na Jesus he trusted, he would have known my name initially.

That was how we gisted till we got home with my sister's. It was fun 😀😁💯🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The way Hausa sellers easily trust people is astonishing.

I was traveling last week, stopped to get something from this Hausa man, the man said he did not have change, but I could go with the stuff and any day I'm passing by again, I could pay him..

I was shocked!

Yesterday, I was at the supermarket with my three sisters trying to get some stuffs for the weekend. After picking out some items in the basket. We went straight to the cashier, then boom; there was this tall guy behind me, he was just stretching his neck, looking like a devourer. I was not even bothered because its man's nature to be like that especially when they sight a beautiful Queen. So I waited for the cashier to calculate my money, so that I can make payment. After the payment has been sorted out, I left the stand by with my sisters and we went outside the supermarket to withdrawn cash for transport fare. So I waited for the POS lady to be done, while my two sisters Abigail and Mojola went to the shawarma spot to buy their over hyped shawarma.... As for me I don't really like the taste I prefer chicken Pizza to shawarma Right from my childhood. After I collected the cash from the POS lady, I stood one side to wait for my sister's to be done with their Shawarma paparazzi.
As I was still standing, this same tall guy I told you was stretching neck towards my side while i was at the cashier stand came again. I never knew he has been stalking me up and down. Then he greeted ... You know as a good and well mannered lady I responded to his greetings.... In my head I was like let me see how reasonable this guy will be. Then he opened his mouth and started bluffing.... Oh I like your face, you're gorgeous, it seems we have met before, in short I know your name bla bla bla. I kept mute, I was just so quiet.. He said you are Adeola. I didn't say a word, I was just smiling. Within him he thought he was right and he proceeded by telling me that wow you're so reserved I like ladies who has same personality as you were, He said he can guess if I'm married, single or in a relationship, He said I can see my future daughter and son in you, they are going to be pretty like you their mother with fine shape, Then he stretched his phone towards me......
