Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand the Restaurant’s menu items, products and service offerings
• Design new products and packages for customers and prospective customers within the target audience
• Champion Revenue generation and Brand acceptance strategies
• Develop business proposal for groups, corporate bodies and associations
• Develop and establish new businesses with corporate bodies and associations
• Collaborate with Sales, Social Media, and Operations Unit for effective business development and customer acquisition
• Attend networking events to network and attract new customers

Skills and Job Requirements:
• Marketing and Sales Experience
• Interest and passion for developing businesses in the hospitality sector
• Industry knowledge of restaurants, bars and lounges
• Experience in developing businesses and products for a Start- Up
• Young, social media and tech savvy
• Great at networking and enjoys meeting people
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Good Appearance

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare lesson notes and activities to support learning.
Teach all subject assigned to a class teacher and manage a class
On a rotational basis, be in charge of arrival and and dismissal exercises

Our Client in the Beauty and Lifestyle industry is looking to hire a competent and result-oriented General/Business Manager to manage it’s Beauty Brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the business.

SALARY: N80,000-120,000
LOCATION: Lekki Phase 1

RESPONSIBILITIES;

•Select, hire, and supervise staff( Braiders, stylists, make-up artists, etc.) in all areas of the business and carry them along.
•Responsible for inventory ordering and management at the studio
•Close out revenue and expenses account every day
•Record all sales and Follow up with all outstanding payments
•Ensure Customer Bookings are done properly and quality service provided for each customer
•Responsible for internal control of stock at the studio
•Ensure that all deliveries are done promptly and keep clients updated
•Send report every week and indicate all discrepancies
•Implement pricing strategy and manage the business to aggressive growth goals
•Monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed

REQUIREMENTS;

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•2-3years in the beauty industry or any other relevant work experience managing operations and people
•Proximity to business location is important
•General business skills including budget preparation, drafting reports, and a track record of meeting organizational goals.
