A client reach out to me concerning a plot of land he bought 3 years ago before he travelled.

He reach the site after 3 years just to find out his land has been sold to another bu.yer.

I politely ask him, is there any document to back up his explanation.

To my greatest surprise he only hand land receipt not even DOA.

He said he put 20 tons of granite, and 20 tons of sharp sand on the piece of land to protect it. And has an uncompleted building on the land.

Who told the client that building on a piece of land will protect it??
