Happy New Month, dear friends! As we step into this fresh chapter of our lives, let us be reminded of God's faithfulness and grace that accompany us every step of the way.

Do not forget the words from Jeremiah 29:11: 'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.' Trust in His perfect plan for your life, and let His guidance lead you to great achievements and abundant blessings.

Kindness is a virtue that encompasses friendliness, generosity and most importantly empathy.
Kindness is often associated with love and is considered an important characteristic of God. For instance, in Ephesians 2:7, it says, "...in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus." This verse highlights God's kindness towards humanity, expressing His grace and love through Jesus Christ.

The teachings of Jesus Christ in the New Testament emphasize the importance of kindness. In the Parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37), Jesus teaches about loving one's neighbor and showing kindness to those in need, even to those who may be considered outsiders or enemies.

Too hard? Impossible? No, because nothing is impossible with God. Why don't you seek God to give you the virtue and spirit of Kindness today?

Yes, we all know it's another Monday, another work week and we all wake up, rush to work, be it fulfilling or non-fulfilling. We must place something on the table for the family to survive even when we are not surviving within ourselves. How can one keep doing something they're not happy with just because they think they have no choice?😞

We all have a choice, and it's in Jesus. In His word, it was quoted "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden and I'll give you rest." Why else do we struggle with uncertainty? Fear of the unknown - how sure am I that I'm going to get a job that will make me happy when I leave this? Instead of asking ourselves all these, let's take our concerns, troubles and worries to God because He's the only One that can give an answer to our aches.

Why don't you go to God today and ask for His will for you?

Remember, He's always nearer than you think.

When silence surrounds us, what do we do?

Sometimes, we reach out to God with fervent prayers, seeking His response. But when we don't receive an immediate answer or a long time passes, it's easy to feel distant from Him. That's when the enemy tries to exploit our vulnerability, whispering doubts into our minds. "You sinned against Him yesterday. How can you expect Him to speak to you now?" We mustn't allow these thoughts to take hold. Whether we realize it or not, God is closest to us when we perceive silence. Hold on to His Word that says, "I am with you always" – this means irrespective of whatever and wherever. You are not alone.

Remember, He is never far away, even in the moments we feel He is distant. He is there.

To hear from God, we need to quiet our hearts, souls, desires, and spirits, creating a space for His voice to be heard clearly. God chooses to speak when we are silent and attentive, not preoccupied with other things.

Even when we engage in prayer or study the Bible, let's approach it with unwavering hope and consistency. Rather than seeking our own desires, let's seek God's will for us. Encountering the thief on the right hand side of the cross with Jesus Christ reminds us of the incredible grace that God offers, even to the undeserving. In his final moments, that thief found redemption through God's extraordinary grace. No matter what you've done or how unworthy you may feel, remember that God sees you differently than you see yourself. Just as the thief experienced in Luke 23:39-43, God's grace is real and abundant for those who seek it.

Let go of self-condemnation and open your heart to the immense grace that God offers. His love knows no bounds, and His grace has the power to transform even the most broken of lives. Seek His forgiveness, accept His grace, and allow it to bring healing and restoration. God's grace is waiting for you; all you need to do is embrace it.
