What’s for lunch? I hope it’s not rice again 😂😂😂
I made this delicious Chinese stir fry pasta with some chicken and veggies. I added a little twist to this with some Suya spiced plantains and bell peppers kebabs.
This was insanely delicious 😋. Everything was just going down.
The sweetness of the plantains mixed with the crunchy veggies plus the savory stir fry was a match made in food heaven.
The chicken was sooooooo juicy ! This was definitely
the definition of a perfect fusion pasta.

When life gives you overripe bananas, make banana bread! Moist, delicious, perfectly golden and perfect with a cup of coffee.
Bananas freezes perfectly, I always have frozen bananas because they come in handy.
I baked this deliciousness in a round cake pan, so apparently this is a Banana Cake.☺️
This was topped with some soaked raisins for the perfect topping.
