OKRA.....!!!!!
Okra is known as gumbo or "Ladies finger" is a warm-season vegetables.it is a good source of minerals, vitamins , antioxidants and fibres.

Okra is believed to aid in reducing inflammation, enhancing cardiovascular health, controlling blood sugar etc.

For women it has many benefits for female sexual health.
#. It reduces inflammation
#.Improves vaginal lubrication.
#.Reduce pain during in*******se
#.it contains folic.
#.People also believe it's aids child birth during delivery which is still a myth , no proven evidence scientifically yet.😅.
